Health-care services- both in Rural and Urban areas.
Problem statement _-
2. The issues involved and required to be addressed are to assess and evaluate
the present scenario of Health care service delivery and quality systems to be
adopted to improve so as to make it efficient and delightful up to patients
satisfaction as also to meet with challenge to make it of the high standard found
globally... The quality systems are evolved by WHO as well as AHA which are
generally accepted by all countries and so are being adopted here too.
3. Systems ensuring quality and performance in any product or services in any
sector are thus vital and plays a pivotal role in its total success. Same criteria
applies to Health care sector also.
8. and therefore efforts have been made here to place some ideas and
thoughts in bringing about Total Quality Management in Health Care System in
India.
9 METHODOLOGY TO BE USED.
I will apply the following methodology in this research report.
Study Design: - The design used for this study is of the descriptive type.
Descriptive studies are those studies which are concerned with describing the
characteristics of a particular health care institute or a medical professional.
Population: - The total element of the universe from which sample is selected for
the purpose of study is known as population. The population of my study are health
care institutes, medical professionals and various group of people from different
locations.
Sample Size: -All the items for consideration in any field of Study constitutes a
universe of population. In this study only a few samples can be selected from the
population for our study purpose. The items selected constitute what is technically
called a Sample. Here our sample size is sufficient no of Health Care Institutes,
Medical professionals and the beneficiaries from the groups selected from the
predetermined locations conduct the study.
Data Source-
*Primary Data Collection- By direct talking to small group of people, structured
questionnaire, observation on one side and on the other side and interview with the
concern health care institutes and medical professionals.
*Secondary Data Collection-Collected from Ministry of health, State Governments,
meetings with the group of beneficiaries, their feedback on the designed
questionnaire, research papers and some other academic reports and on the floor
observation of few health care institutes and their interviewing.
Sampling:-
Sample Size- Medium size samples, about 100 meetings with groups, 2000
feedback questionnaires from beneficiaries and 40 small to corporate level health
care institutes
Sampling Area- Prototype----both rural and urban areas/population
Sampling Method- Individual/Collective as well as grouping
Data Analysis Technique: - Factor and Percentage analysis technique will be used.
