The above mentioned two parties hereby agree to the following terms and
conditions of this 70/30 sharing favor of the owner less all expenses plus
P100 daily allowance for the driver and P100 for the operator for
maintenance(change oil) for this route SM Clark SM Marilao vice versa.

The driver shall pay the operator daily . Term as stated above. Payment will
be made in every day returning from a trip.

The Driver is responsible for the following operational expenses:

The driver t shall not sub-let the above mentioned vehicle during the terms
of this rent Agreement or allow another person to drive the Van without the
Operators written consent before hand.

The driver shall not conduct any business that is an out of line trip, gambling
inside the vehicle, or the place to take session of prohibited drugs.

The driver here by warrants that the rent vehicle will only be used to conduct
the following type of business activities

The driver is liable any missing parts, tools of the vehicle or any
damage due to recklessness.

The driver will check the oil level, radiator water level every day prior for
start up.

The driver will report to the operator any unusual sounds of the engine and
also the under chassis.

The driver will be the responsible for the cleanliness and for the washing of
the unit.

If there is any breach of payment or other terms of this rent Agreement the
Operator hereby has full rights to terminate this Rent Agreement in
accordance with Philippines law and then re-claim complete possession of
the above mentioned vehicle. In addition to any other legal remedies that
are available to the Operator that may arise from such a breach.

By signing below, this Rent Agreement shall be binding upon the benefit of
the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.
