3stalksgreenonions,choppedwiththewhitepartseparated

MARINADE:
cupdarksoysauce
3Tablespoonbrownsugar
2Tablespoonsesameoil
3clovesgarlic
1Tablespoonginger
whitepartfromgreenonions
teaspoongroundblackpepper
1teaspoonkoreanchilipasteoptional

Instructions
1.Combineallingredientsforthemarinadeinamixerorblenderandpulseacoupleoftimesuntilthegarlicand
gingerarechoppedintofinebits.
2.Placethebeefslicesinabowlandpourthemarinatingsauceintoit.Mixwithyourhandmakingsureevery
meatiscovered.Coverthebowlwithplasticwrapandletitmarinateforatleastanhour.
3.Heatskilletorwokovermediumheatandtoastyoursesameseedsuntilgoldenbrown.Removefrom
work/skilletandturnheattohigh.
4.Addsesameoilintothehotwokorskillet.Oncetheoilishot,addhalfofthemeatusingtongsspreadingthem
aroundtheskillet.Letthemsearononesidefirstthenstiruntilalliscookedandhaveanicebrowncolor.Do
notovercookthemeatsoitstaystender.Removefromskilletusingtongsanddothesameontheotherhalfof
meat.Setmeatasideoncealldone.
5.Inthesameskillet,addabitmoreofsesameoilifneeded.Addthecarrots,bellpeppersandmushrooms.Add
cupwatertothebowlusedformarinatingandaddthistothevegetablesintheskillet.Letitsimmerforafew
minutesjustuntiltheveggiesareaboutcooked.
6.Addbackthecookedmeattotheskilletandthetoastedsesameseedsandgreenonionsstiracoupleoftimes
untilfullymixed.Transferintoaservingdish.
7.ServewithKimchiandricewhilestillwarm.
