Know all men by these presents that I Aaron Webster of the Town and County of Oakland in
consideration of two hundred dollars to me paid by John B. Young of Troy in the county aforesaid the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do by these presents give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey
unto the said John B. Young his heirs and assigns a certain parcel of land situate in the Town of Troy
County of Oakland Territory of Michigan known and described as follows viz the west half of the south
west quarter of Section number twelve in Township number two North of Range eleven East
containing eight ac[res] according to the original survey as returned to the General Land Office of [?] in
the district of Detroit Together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the said land in any wise
appertaining and belonging To have and to hold the above granted premises to the said John B Young
his heirs and assigns to his and their use and behoof forever And I the said Aaron Webster for myself and
my heirs executors and administrators, do covenant with the said John B. Young his heirs and assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted premises; that they are free from all incumbrances;
that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said John B. Young as aforesaid; and that I will,
and my heirs, executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said J[ohn] B.
Young his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful demand of all persons.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of May in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three
