Dear Information Access Operations representative

Please see the attached formal request for a copy of the records sentencing Dolores
Smith September 16 2009 in the Dawson Creek Courthouse.

On November 2 2009 I sent the Dawson Creek Courthouse a registered letter

requesting a copy of the records, but received no response.

These would be public record with everyone in court that day well aware of the
Dolores Smith sentencing.

For the record I have not been able to contact her as the phone # 250-784-0543 that
she had provided me has been disconnected.

Dolores Smith appeared in your court September 16 2009 for sentencing having been found guilty May 11
2009 of charges laid by the RCMP.

I was informed that 2 subsequent charges were dropped.

Please forward me copies of those charges with the documentation that dropped the charges.

Also please forward the documentation that defines her sentencing on September 16 2009

On November 2 2009 I sent a registered letter by Canada Post to the Dawson Creek Courthouse
that was received November 12 2009 signed for by C Heroux ( See Pages 2 and 3) requesting
the records of her sentencing and dismissal of 2 other charges.

It is now 3 ½ months since and have concluded that they are not FFF Forthcoming Forthright or
Forthwith and now pursue the records under the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act.

Could you please advise as to the procedure to obtain those records.
