NOTE:

Record should be filled by the group leader in student section. Also signed by the group
members.
Advisor or co advisor should fill out the required information in Advisor/ co advisor
section.
Record Performa carries total SIX marks for each student in upcoming FYP presentation
session. He/ she may get marks out of SIX based on performance.
Advisor/ co advisor should sign the Performa to validate the info written by students in it.
Group leaders must submit the Performa, soon after meeting to the FYP coordinator.
