While Van Gogh was still alive they thought he was psychotic, because he cut his left ear
off, and tried to kill himself. The later on they found out he had schizophrenia. Van
Gogh had a lot of issues that he could not tell anyone who would understand
him.
His brother stayed by him while he was on his deathbed. After Van Gogh

stayed with him until he died. He said that he found a peaceful place that he
couldn't find on earth.
Most of Van Goghs art work before he died was of trees, grass, veggies, but
very abstract. An art historian Martin Bailey

Your Opinion of the Event (at least 3 sentences).

I feel very angry, but annoyed at the same time, because they put Van Gogh in the mental
hospital when he didnt need to be. The doctors Van Gogh had knew nothing about
schizophrenia they should have at least tried looking into it. But I guess it all good now,
because he is the most famous artist in all time.
