have three areas of social influence are conformity, compliance and obedience.

Conformity is changing how individuals act to be more similar to others. This plays to
having a place and regard needs as we look for the endorsement and companionship
of others. Congruity can run profound, as we will even change our convictions and
qualities to resemble those of our associates and respected bosses. Conformity
refers to the act of changing ones behavior to match the responses of others.
Almost a large portion of a century prior, (Cialdini, Goldstein 2003) has recognized
