TERMS & CONDITIONS : u Minimum number of characters chargeable per advertisement are as given u Insert tables for ABP &TT from file attached 'character-for booking from xlsx.' * For advertisements
being charged on 'per- line basis', the min. no. of lines for Anandabazar Patrika is 4 and The Telegraph is 5. u Minimum size for Classified Display advertisement is 14 sq. cm. [5 cm. (h) x 2.8 cm. (w), Maximum height
for 2 column advertisements is 10 cm. & for 3 or more column advertisements it is 6 cm. (expect for the ABP weekend tabloids wherein it is 8 cm.) u To avail of the combination rate facility, the content & size (in case
od displsy) of the advertisement should be the same and all the advertisements will have to be booked together in the same Release Order / form. The matter of each publication will have to be submitted together.
u Astrology related Advertorial would appear on Page 2 and a minimum of ABP 8 cm. (h) x 8.8. cm. (w) will have to be consumed. u Minimum size of Advertorials (other than Astrology) will be 8 cm. (height) x 11.8 cm.
(width) (With maximum size 15 cm. (height) x 11.8 cm. (width)). ADVT will be written at the end the article. u Photo / logo /picture inserted in any advertorial for more than 3 cm. (h) x 2.8 cm. (w) will attract a
premium of 25% on the total cost of the advertorial u For advertisements with a Box Number, a fixed charge is applicable for the advertisements plus Rs. 35.00 will be charged for replies collected from our office
counter or Rs. 65.00 will be charged for replies to be sent to the advertiser or an additional Rs. 600.00 will be charged for forwarding the replies outside India. Box replies for Situation Vacant ads in Anandabazar
patrika or a combination ad are to be collected from the office counter only. u For giving photographs in regular classified columns the size would be 2.8 cm. width & 3.25 cm. height. For such photographs a fixed
charge is applicable. u Premium for tick, screen and spot colour are as follows. u For ABP Tick 15%, Screen 25%, Colour 50% ; For TT Colour 5% ; Tick 5% u Bold headings will be maximum of 5 lines and a fixed
charge will be applicable u Premium is applicable for fixed positions in certain columns. Premium applicable is as follows : Position - ABP: 1st 50%, 2nd -40%, 3rd 30%, 4th 20%, 5th 10%, TT. 1st - 50%, 2nd - 40%,
3rd - 30%, 4th- 20%, 5th- 10%. u The rest of the ads will be scheduled on a First booked first scheduled basis. u Advertisements published in TT Main Section on Sunday will attract premium of 300% (Expect Death)
u Advertisement under Death Column will be accepted subject to the submission of a copy of the death certificate / crematorium receipt. Advertisements from any organizations / institutions must be submitted on
letterhead of that Institution. u Advertisements under 'Missing' column will be accepted subject to the submission of a copy of the FIR (First Information Report) filled at the consumed Police Station. u Advertisements
under 'Medical Column' must have the approval of the West Bengal Medical Board. u Even under personal Column, advertisements from Organizations / Institutions will be charged commercial rates. u In case of any
rate revision, revised rates will be applicable with immediate effect. u Height of logo may be up either 1 cm. or 2 cm. for which a fixed charge is applicable. u To avail the slab rates, booking will have to be sent vide a
single RO. A maximum leeway of three insertions will be given, failing which the future releases will start at the first slab. u Slab rates will not be applicable for Star Hotels & Hotel Message Parlours. u Slab rate will
be applicable on reducing slab basis expect for IT Bazar, IT World, Electrical World, Health Plus u The size of Classified display ads in slabs must be of the same size. In case of combination ads, cancellation will be
permitted only within the deadline for cancelling the first ad. Deadline for cancelling any ad on weekdays is 12 noon on the day prior to publication. For ads to be published on a Sunday, cancellation deadline is
Wednesday 5 p.m. u If there is any intermediate rate change, new rates as per the prevalent slabs will be applicable. u Left /centre /right aligned lines will be allowed only for Tender,
Notice, Marriage anniversary, Birth & Death Categories u The rates of The Telegraph (unless specified) are of The Telegraph Calcutta Edition (CE) only. Tender ads in The
Telegraph will be for full circulation. u Anandabazar Patrika (main) + The Telegraph (main) 10% discount (rounded off to the nearest rupee) (unless otherwise mentioned in the
rate card) u There will be no combination discount for Classified Display ads in Chhuti Chhuti and Tour & Travel.
