Registration Conditions

(a) Comply with laws, administrative regulations and nuclear safety supervision

management regulations of the People's Republic of China. Be responsible for

the quality of corresponding activities;

(b) To undertake design activities of the civil nuclear safety equipments for the civil

nuclear facilities inside of the People's Republic of China in line with the scope of

registration and accept the supervision and inspection from State Nuclear Safety

Administration and its designated agencies;

(c) The technology applied for design in civil nuclear safety equipments design shall

be mature or proven;

(d) During the period of validity of the Registration Certificate a Quality Assurance

System shall be followed.
