Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that guide
their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful experience
for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most commonly mentioned
by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to organize them in order of
importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least important) and write a composition
expressing how they have been part of your professional development. Recycle the
grammar and vocabulary you have learned in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety
is the most important factor in my motivation. I dont like doing repetitive things. In my
current job I have learned how to use Photoshop and how to market different products
online. I am becoming very good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
Relationships is one of my greatest motivators, my family is the pillar to do many things,
my friends have helped me.

Security has allowed me to develop easily and pass on my ideas without fear. Thanks to
the security I have brought many good things for my life, to make friendships and to be
excellent in my work

The money seems to me an important factor, although for many it is not motivation, in
many occasions to not have it many plans are restrained

Independence is necessary, often having to comply with a schedule or even depending on

other people limits you to reach your goals

Working hard and seeing the results in your lifestyle is also a good motivation. I have
always aspired to change my lifestyle.

The challenge has been and continues to be my main motivation to overcome obstacles.
When something is a challenge to me, I try harder to achieve it.
Variety is a good incentive not to fall into monotony. If my activities become repetitive, my
interest fades

The recognition of people is a reward that makes me think that all the effort I put into my
activities was not in vain.

Interest has been my engine to put enthusiasm in the things I do. When a project catches
my interest, I am very passionate

The competition motivates me not to be conformist with the knowledge and skills that I
have.
