1. How would you describe yourself?

Answer:-I am the one who is confident about myself because I am consistently growing myself in
terms of knowledge, experience, confidence level like this in each and every areas. I am
improving myself day by day. I am determined to do well in my job as well as determined to
produce effective result for the company. I am very punctual, disciplined, time utilising kind of
person. I am the one who can figure the best result from the worst situation.

2. How would you describe your ideal job?

Answer: - A job that will help me out towards improving myself as well as my team members, my
confident level, my knowledge. A job where I can show my creativity which in return be helpful
for my company where I will be working.

3. Why did you choose this career?

Answer:-This career can help me out to improve my knowledge, skills and I will get more chance
to show my creativity .

4. What motivates you to do a good job?

Answer:-Self-satisfaction, growth both in terms of money as well as in career .

Answer:-The job which will give me high salary according to my knowledge so that I can fulfil my
parents dreams as well as to do something better in the educational field

Answer: -Those days in which I had achieved the planned goals. Each and every day I am
planning to achieve some small goal, when I achieve that goal at that time I am the most satisfied

Answer:-I will work for with this company as long as my presence benefits both the company and
me in parallel .

Answer:- As I said earlier that I am setting small goal every day , so my greatest weakness is
that till I achieve the goal I am unable to sleep properly .

14. What do you believe is the most difficult part of being a supervisor of people?
Answer:-The most difficult part of being a supervisor of a people is to get the things done in a very
proper manner and within the given time period.

15. Can you work well under deadlines or pressure?

Answer:- Yes , because that situation will help me out to show case my talent as I know myself
that I can do the things better under pressure .

16. Tell me about a time when you failed to meet a deadline. What were the repercussions?
Answer: -Feeling embarrassed to disclose but it was my first job and my first assignment given
by my superior. I learnt a lot from that situation and from that onwards I never fail to achieve the
deadlines.

17. Give me an example of any major problem you faced and how you solved it
Answer:-In my first job I was given a task to conduct a big seminar in which I had to arrange all
the things i.e. from a small needle to big things as well as I had to council the walk-ins, prepare
the reports, convince the students, solve the problems of the students.

18. Have you ever worked with someone that you did not get along with as part of a team? How
did you handle that situation?
Answer:-Yes I have been to this situation a lot more times. To handle these kind of situations you
need to understand the other party properly, we need to keep on communicating in a good
manner because communication is the only way to handle the situation and to find out the best
possible way for the me as well as for the team also.

19. How do you feel about the possibility of relocating?

Answer:- I will be happy if I get a chance to relocate.

20. What changes would you make if you came on board?

Answer:- Since I had come from altogether new environment, I am bound to possess a new
perspective towards everything here including the company ,customers, environment. Strategy
etc. This will help in improving the things and making the company better.
