Dear Sir,
‘We hereby submit the compliance letter for the comments given by you for EHS inspection at
plot JVC11DFRP003.
Comments with compliance:
1. Major
Further to the email from Mr Jagan on 24.05.2016, you are asked to provide a formal explanation
on non-compliance of GB regulation. We are hereby enclosing the earlier communications for
your reference.
Answer: Consultant already submitted formal explanation, we have submitted the letter.
2. Major
All construction works including electrical works, A/C works, toilet/ kitchen fitting works,
hardseape/ landscape works, other mechanical works like pump installation etc. to be totally
completed prior applying re-inspection.

3. Major
Balcony handrails/ balustrade to be fitted on all balconies and please note: The top of the balcony
railing/parapet wall must at least 1.1 meter (1 100mm) from the finished floor level. (Up stand
near the railings will be considered as the finished floor level). The clearance between vertical
rods shall not be more than 100 mm, Horizontal bars for railing is not acceptable due to safety

that facilitate climbing, any opening must not permit a 100mm sphere to pass through it.
Therefore, the vertical balusters must not be more than 100 mm.

6. Major
Nakheel sewage discharge NOC to be submitted.
Answer: Nakheel Discharge NOC has been obtained and submitted in email

Gate provided on the cat ladder to be raised to one meter from the FFL.
Answer: Gate has been raised as discussed on site.
8. Major
Cage to be provided to the cat ladder, the bottom of the cage to be 2.1 meter from the FFL.
Answer: Cage provided to cat ladder as discussed on site.
