No former members of faculty of any school can become a member of the board unless he / she
stopped teaching for at least 3 consecutive years prior to appointment.

Every last Monday of January and August each year provided that such days do not fall on official
holidays.

Answer:

The applicant who failed for the third time for the same grade shall not be allowed to retake until at
least one year has elapsed after his last examination.

Be at least 21 years of age

Citizen of the Philippines
Good reputation and moral character
Be a graduate of a four (4) year course in sanitary engineering or BS CE

being registered in accordance with the provision of this act.

Answer:

A fine of not less than five hundred pesos nor more than two thousand pesos, or to suffer imprisonment
for a period of not less than six months nor more than a year or both.
