This project involved a rewrite of Policy Centre / Life insurance web application within Personal and Commercial lines
for CNA Insurance. This new enhanced integrated application handles all modules such as Quote Treaty, Annuities,
Risk Management, Policy Underwriting, Premium Rating, and financial Administration with full workflow
management. I worked on implementing Core (Guidewire) Systems for surety. Guidewire was to replace the old
Legacy Systems the Client had previously used to provide them with a integrated Insurance issuance.

Responsibilities:

Gather requirements by conducting meetings and brainstorming sessions with end users and SME and
document them using Requisite Pro - the documentation tool offered by Rational.
Data mapping, logical data modeling, created class diagrams and ER diagrams and used SQL queries to filter

user-friendly web-based interface. The system helped Cincinnati to automate its personal line policy administration
from point of sale to billing to back office processing. The system allows the independent agents and underwriter to
