Terms & Conditions
1. Completed application forms must be submitted to the together with payment prior to the first
lesson. These may be posted to 36 4 A Coastline Discovery Bay.
2. Class numbers are limited. Please apply early to avoid disappointment. All fees are non
refundable unless your application is unsuccessful.
3. Failure to attend the lessons in no way absolves the participant from the financial obligation.
NO refunds or credit will be provided for students withdrawing after a course commences.
5. Please consult the brochure for exact class times.
6. Lessons are automatically cancelled during Red/Black rain warnings or the hoisting of the No. 8
Typhoon Signal no refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions.
7. No cash refunds will be issued for non-attendance of lessons.
8. iGym reserves the right to change course venue and time without prior notice.
9. Helpers and lesson companions may accompany children to the lesson but will be required to
leave the venue hall during each session. Children must be collected promptly after each session.
10. The appointed instructor will take every precaution to prevent accidents.
11. iGym Staff are not disciplinarians and bad behavior will not be tolerated. Should your child be
asked to leave the gym no refunds will be issued.
Declarations
I agree to allow the applicant to participate in gymnastics Classes and confirm that the information
given above is true and correct. If my application is successful, I shall be fully responsible for the
payment of all the expenses and be bound and abide by the laws and Bye laws of iGym Ltd.,
Discovery Bay International and its holding companies, their officers, employees, servants, agents
or licensees, shall not be liable or responsible to the applicants for any loss, injury, damages,
companion/helper, caused by or in consequence of iGyms Classes.
