FIXES FOR KNOWN ISSUES

======================
The following known issues in P3 3.1 have been fixed in Service Pack 3:
1. Wrong relationship when you draw a relationship with the pitchfork
after renumbering an activity ID.
2. Saving a Global change with temporary variables that access WBS changes the
Temp variable name to have periods.
3. Inconsistency between resource tabular report and profile.
4. Changing activity ID to an ID that already exists moves the relationships.
5. Insert resource assignment multiplies the BQ by 100.
6. Resource loading report incorrectly spreading designated resources after
storing period performance.
7. BCWS calculation is inconsistent between spreads and columns/reports.
NOTE: The BCWS calculation issue is addressed with a new setting
(BCWSSpreadOpt) in the P3.ini file. To enable the BCWS calculation fix,
open P3.ini for editing and add "BCWSSpreadOpt=1" under the [Options]
section. A value of "1" enables the setting; "0" (zero) disables it.
By default, P3.ini is located in the C:\WINNT or C:\Windows directory.
After setting the option, ensure that you save the file before closing
it. The setting will take effect the next time P3 is launched.

USING PERVASIVE.SQL V8.5 SERVER ENGINE

======================================
P3 3.1, Service Pack 3 has been tested with Pervasive.SQL v8.5 Server Engine.
Please note the following:
If P3 clients are accessing shared P3 projects off the LAN under a Pervasive.SQL
v8 Server configuration, you will not be able to access those same P3 projects
simultaneously from P3 clients running the default P3 installation of Local
Btrieve Workstation Engine v6.15 (W32MKDE). All P3 clients must be configured
with the Pervasive.SQL v8 client before accessing shared projects. Once
Pervasive.SQL v8 client is installed, any P3 files accessed off the LAN will go
through Pervasive.SQL v8 Server.
A mix of Btrieve versions may also result in P3 not loading correctly if the
application is running from a shared directory. Please note that P3 Setup will
not replace newer versions of Btrieve files detected on your system.
If you are using the Pervasive.SQL v8 Server, you will need to download the
Pervasive.SQL v8 Server configuration (Solution 2003122103913) from the Support
Knowledgebase (http://www.primavera.com/support).
