1. Unplug the machine. Remove the drip pans and water container.
Empty the coffee bean hopper, so no coffee beans fall into the machine.

2. Use the oval head screw key to remove the oval head screws from the back of the machine.
Rotate the key counterclockwise.

3. Unscrew the oval head screw gently without causing any damage to the machine.
5. Remove the upper part completely carefully without damaging the side flaps

6.Remove the left side panel by gently sliding it backwards to disengage the tabs from the
front panel. Once the tabs are unhooked, slowly remove the side panel.

7. Apply the same procedure to remove the right side panel as indicated in step 6.

8. Remove the bolt from the brew drive gear motor using the Torx 20 or Phillips screw driver
(depending on the model). Be sure to use the correct tool to remove the screw. Using the
wrong tool may worn out the grooves hence making it difficult to remove the screw.

10. Pull down the transparent silicone hose from the heater valve. Be sure to remove the
seal/o-ring at the end of the silicone hose. It often remains inside the valve and can
be removed using the screw driver.

11. Remove the screw from the water tank seal cover on the left side of the machine.

12. Slide out the water tank seal assembly slowly. No need to remove the hose inside the
assembly.

15. Unsrew the three highlighted screws using the phillips or Torx screw driver. Do not remove
any other screws that are attached to the brew group guide.

16. Slide out the brew group slowly. Ensure that infuser pipe out of the brew group
to the coffee dispensing assembly is detached.

18. Detach the infuser connector mounted atop the brew group. Leave the infuser hose attached
