 PREFACE

Bachelor of business administration (BBA ) is one of the most reputed

professional course in the field of Management. This course Includes both
theory & application part of the two required to undergo practical training in
an Organization. Summer training is an exercise by means of which student
learn a lot of things which cant be taught in the class room. During summer
training students come to know about the principles & Practices of
management application in the real working conditions in an Organization.
After completion of first year students are required to undergo summer
training for eight weeks.

The project study at affective analysis of recruitment of financial consultant

was carried quite in on of the concern of future generali Life Insurance
through me. The project is consists of description of the concept of
recruitment, its procedure, its sources, objectives etc. In this project we also
apply research methodology. The interpretation & analysis of the questioner
gives the final result & Conclusion.

Its great privilege & honor to have an opportunity to undertake summer

training at future generali life insurance, Kota. I pay my sincere thanks to
Mr. Pratik Jain (Branch manager of future generali Life Insurance, Kota ) for

I was fortunate to get the opportunity in the well-established conglomerate
