one of the leading manufacturers of fabricated and galvanized structures for solar panel
mounting.
We provide economic, customized and convenient solar panel mounting solutions that
allow for the installation of Ground mount/Roof top size plants in almost any landscape
situation.
With a highly proactive and experienced team, GIPL provides meaningful solutions within
the framework of set industrial norms and precise customer requirements.
The company offers significant competitive and cost advantages since we have our own
high-tech production facilities and galvanizing plants (with a capacity of over 48000 MT
per annum) and have the ability to design, fabricate and erect all of these structures.
GIPL is also a leader in manufacture of ground screws for mounting structure which
eliminates the use of concrete for foundation of structure thus reducing the labour cost
drastically, insures speedy completion of the project and is also environment friendly.
We also provide the most economical foundation design for structure as per soil test
report, DC design of plant and on site training for structure and module installation.

Design and Engineering of Mounting Structures
Ganges has in-house designing team and a JV with a European design consultant
Mounting structures designed as low as 30 MT/MWp which can sustain wind speeds of 175
kmph (for Polycrystalline modules)
Seasonal tilting structures which wind speeds of 170 kmph and obtain an additional 3-5%
of power generation
Our Joint Venture also helps us get the best designing and engineering of solar structures.
Our engineering team is proficient in various designing and detailing software such as
AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, MBS, 3ds Max and Tekla Steel. Our team has thorough knowledge of
various standards of design.
