I am unable to provide such details to you, for your records.

I have been made aware by SBICAP Securities Ltd (SSL) that the Stock Exchanges/Depositories/SSL, with the
objective of safeguarding the investors interest provide SMS/E-Mail alerts of transactions executed in the
investors account & I understand that by not having/providing a Mobile Number/E-mail address, I will not be
able to avail this facility of receiving such alerts.

I hereby declare that the details furnished above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief
