Judul : Laporan Magang Proyek Pembangunan Overpass Mayjend Sungkono

Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai hasil kegiatan magang pembangunan secara
bertahap berdasarkan ketergantungan waktu Jalan Tol Bawen Polosiri dengan studi kasus
Jembatan Sungai Tuntang. Adapun hasil yang akan diperoleh pada program magang ini yaitu
dapat mengetahui proses pelaksanaan proyek dilapangan, alat dan bahan yang digunakan
selama proses pelaksanaan di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam
penulisan laporan ini adalah dengan cara observasi langsung di lapangan, wawancara dengan
pihak proyek, gambar kerja, data tertulis proyek dan studi pustaka. Pada dasarnya, jembatan
ini menggunakan pondasi dalam jenis bore pile yang dicor di tempat menggunakan beton
ready mix. Pemilihan jenis pondasi dalam berdasarkan kondisi tanah yang ada di lokasi
proyek di perbukitan Kecamatan Tuntang. Dari hasil laporan ini diperoleh proses pelaksanaan
pondasi bore pile mulai dari pengeboran, perakitan tulangan, pemasangan tulangan,
pengecoran, dan pelaksanaan footing. Mengetahui juga alat berat yang digunakan pada saat
pelaksanaan seperti excavator, mesin bor, truck foco, crane, dan truck mixer. Serta bahan
seperti beton ready mix, baja tulangan, dan lainnya.

This job training report describes about the output of the job training activity of construction
based on time scheduling of Bawen Polosiri Tollway with the case Tuntang Bridge. The
result of this job traing activity is knowledge about the working process in the construction
field, the equipments that are used at working process. The data collecting technique that is
used in this report is real field observation, reportation, drawing shop, and library
information. Basically, the bridge is used depp foundation type of bore pile foundation which
cast in place using ready mix concrete. Selection of the type of deep foundation is based on
the existing ground conditions at the project site in the hills of District Tuntang. From the
results of the report obtained by the process of the implementation of the bore pile foundation
starting from drilling, assembling reinforcement, installation of reinforcement, casting, and
the execution of the footing. Knowing also used heavy equipment at the time of execution
such as excavators, drilling machine, foco truck, crane and truck mixers. And materials such
as ready mix concrete, reinforcing steel, and others.
