Albani in his Silsilat al ahadith as-Sahiha (3/135) mentions

Translation: Allah turns towards his creation in the Night of "MID-SHABAN" and
He forgives all of them except for a Mushrik and one who hates other people (Albani
calls it); "A SAHIH HADITH" narrated by group of Sahaba with different routes
(Turuq) such as from Muadh bin Jabal (ra), Abu Thalbah (ra) Abdullah bin Umar (ra),
Abu Musa al Ashari (ra), Abu Hurraira (ra), Abu Bakr as Saddiq (ra), Awf bin Malik (ra)
and Aisha (ra).The Hadith of Muadh bin Jabal (ra) comes through Makhul from Malik
bin Yakhamir and It is "MARFU" narrated by Ibn Abi Asim in his As-Sunnah Hadith

[Nasir ud din Albani in Silsilat ul-Ahadith-as Sahiha, Volume No. 3, Page No. 135 #1144]

Albani further declares 2 more ahadith as "HASSAN" and 1 to be "Mursil

Jayyid"
Ouch!! din't Albani just become a Bidati?

We as Ahlus sunnah accept the hadith: Man Kunto Mawlahu fa `Aliyyun mawlahu
i.e. For whosoever I am Mawla then Ali is his Mawla [Sunnan Tirimdhi, Hadith
# 3713, where Imam Tirimdhi called it "Hasan Sahih" and Albani proved it to be
Sahih too]

However the sheikh ul Islam of Salafis called this rigorously authentic and Mutawattir
hadith as "DAEEF AND FORGED" ... Audhobillah Min Dhalik, although the hatred
for Ahlul Bayt which Ibn Taymiyyah had is not hidden even from Salafis as I am going
to prove yet again from Nasir ud-din Albani.

This time I give salafis the option to choose their favorite Bidati from amongst these
two

(1) Ibn Taymiyyah

(2) Nasir ud-din Albani

Let's first see authenticity of this beautiful hadith in words of Nasir ud-din Albani:
Translation: (The Prophet - Peace be upon him said): For whosoever I am Mawla
then Ali is his Mawla, O Allah befriend those who befriend Ali and be enemy of those
who are enemy to Ali (Albani Says): This hadith has come from Zayd ibn Arqam, Sad
bin Abi Waqqas, Buraida bin Husayb, Ali bin Abi Talib, Abu Ayyub al Ansari, Bara bin
Azib, Abdullah Ibn Abbas, Anas bin Malik, Abu Saeed and Abu Hurraira (Ridhwan
Allahu Ajmain), The Hadith of Zayd bin Arqam comes with 5 (different) ways!...

Albani then says:
Translation: For whosoever I am Mawla then Ali is his Mawla, O Allah befriend those
who befriend Ali and be enemy of those who are enemy to Ali....It is narrated by Ahmed
(4/370), Ibn Hibban in his "SAHIH"(2205) Ibn Abi Asim (1367, 1368), Tabarani
(4968) (Albani) said: The Isnad is "SAHIH ON THE CRITERIA OF BUKHARI"
Haythami said in Majma (9/104): This is narrated by Ahmed and (all) its narrators are
those of "SAHIH" except for Fatr bin Khalifa who is "THIQA (reliable)"....
(also) For Whosoever I am Mawla, Ali is Mawla, This is narrated by Tirimdhi (2/298)
"WHERE HE DECLARED IT HASSAN SAHIH" (Albani) said (on next page): The
Isnaad is "Sahih on the criteria of Shaykhayn (i.e. Bukhari and Muslim)" - [Albani

But things do not just stop here, remember I gave Salafis the two options to choose their
favorite Bidati?

Now let me make the MCQ easier for Salafis.

yes you read it right, Albani exposes Ibn Taymiyyah by saying:

Translation: When I saw Sheikh ul Islam Ibn Taymiyah considering the Hadith (For
whosoever I am Mawla then Ali is his Mawla) as weak/doubtful in its first half and
LIE IN ITS SECOND then I had to write in length over this issue. In my viewpoint,
the reason behind such exaggeration (of Ibn Taymiyah) was that he used to be hasty
in deciding the inauthenticity of some Hadiths before seeing them properly
