1.3 I can describe what copyright and other constraints apply to the use of my images
At this stage of your project you should have made a poster which should have 4 images
(including the background). In order to meet 1.3 criteria you will need to complete the table
below and explain if they are copyrighted or copyright free (your own made pictures). What

Some of the images youve used were searched using Google Images; you then
downloaded and used images from a website which requires you to request permission.
1. You havent emailed the company to allow you to use their images from their website
which act are you breaking (Highlight your Answer in RED):

2. Copyright owners can use a particular licence to allow certain uses of their work, for
example they could choose to make an image free if used for educational purposes,
what is the full name of this licence?
The copyright, deigns and patents act are the current copyright law. Where it
lets the owner get control on how it can be used and take control over it. Also in
many cases renting and lending copies to people. In many cases the creator will
be able to have the right to known as the author of the copy.
3. You find an image that allows you to use it for non-commercial purposes, explain
your legal responsibilities for the use of these images.
Legally I am able to use the image for educational purposes but if I was going to
make money from the image, I will have to get permission from the author. The
author may allow me to profit from the image but he or she can demand I pay
them to use the image.
