NURSING CARE ON MR.U WITH THE DISORDER OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR


SYSTEM DUE CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE (CAD)-NSTEMI THIS STUDY CASE WAS
TAKET AT D BUILDING 3TH FLOOR GENERAL HOSPITAL CIBABAT CIMAHI.

ABSTRACT

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a term for a buildup of plaque in the heart arteries that can
cause heart attacks ( American Heart Association, 2013). The main causes of death at any
age in case of diseases of the blood vessels is a stroke reaches 15, 4%, followed by the
case of ischaemic heart disease 5.1% ( Riskesdas, 2013). According to the report was
obtained from the medical record at D building 3th floor general hospital Cibabat Cimahi, in
the period January December 2016, coronary artery disease (CAD) ranks sixth from the
distribution of 10 largest disease with percentage 9,0 %. Aims : to find out which nursing
care on patient with coronary artery disease that includes assessment, diagnose,
intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. Review of cases : Implementing the
nursing care on Mr. U. Results : nursing care is done on the client for three days as from
suck as date on February 22 to 24 February 2017 the diagnosis of nursing obtained : acute
pain, the ineffectiveness of the peripheral tissue perfusion, activity intolerance, self-care
deficit, less knowledge and precipitation decrease risk of heart. The planning stages the
author devised a plan in accordance with the problem, the ability, the situation, and
condition. In the implementation stage act done the reserved according to the plan that had
been arranged. On the stage, evaluation evaluation had been implement for three days and
do home visits twice, from 6 diagnoses obtained, from 6 diagnoses obtained there was one
diagnosis is not resolved. for implementation requires cooperation with the client's family
home in so that the clients problem is resolved.
