endorphinsarethequartetresponsibleforourhappiness.Manyeventscantriggerthese
neurotransmitters,butratherthanbeinginthepassengerseat,therearewayswecanintentionallycause
themtoflow.
Beinginapositivestatehassignificantimpactonourmotivation,productivity,andwellbeing.Nosane
personwouldbeopposedtohavinghigherlevelsinthoseareas.
