JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF ASHTON PAMINTUAN

I, Ashton Pamintuan, of legal age, single and a resident of Brgy. 25

Tacloban City, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby
depose and state:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

That my examination was conducted by Atty. Juan Tamad in his office

at Suite 007, Second Floor, S and A Realty Building, No. 221 Avenida
Veteranos, Tacloban City where all the questions and answers were
conducted. I am aware of my answers and I am attesting that I know that if
I will not tell the truth I could be held liable for perjury or false testimony.
The questions were asked in the language that I understand and can speak
with fluency.

Q1. What is your name?

A1. Im Ashton Pamintuan.

Q2. Why are you here before me?

A2. I will have my testimony taken in support of resisting a claim in a
pending suit brought against me

Q3. What suit are you referring to?
A3. Regarding the validity of the title I hold over a real property acquired
through a conditional sale

Q4. So are you the one currently in possession of the property? Where is
that property you are referring to located?
A4. Yes I am. It is located within Brgy. 62-A, Tacloban City

Q5. Under what title are you asserting your right of possession over such
property?
A5. Under a valid title that I acquired previously through a conditional sale
with my friend Julia de la Cruz

And when was the sale made?

A6. Around April of 2011, when my friend came home from abroad she was
prompted to sell her property to me because she was in dire need of
money for her treatment abroad since she was suffering from a chronic
serious illness

Q7. You said that it was a conditional sale right? What were the conditions?
A7. The conditions, among others were mainly premised on the time when
the purchase price is to be paid. I paid it fully for 6 different installments. I
have here the receipts issued to me by my friend to show that I fully paid
her in consideration for the property.
