Objective
My goal is to merge my positive and energetic attitude with my passion for
education to brighten and enhance the lives of elementary school students. I also hope to
receive guidance and support from school administration and mentor teachers to broaden
my teaching abilities and knowledge.

Experience
Elementary Teacher; Menifee USD- October 2015-current: structure,
implement, and manage appropriate educational activities for language arts,
reading, math, social studies, science, art, music, and physical education as
outlined in district curriculum guides and state content standards for students
in grade 3.

Substitute Teacher; Menifee USD- April 2015-October 2015: responsible for

providing instruction and managing the learning environment.

Field Experience for Credential program observing and assisting students in

K-5 Classrooms (60 hours)- February 2015-June 2015
*Worked with English-language learners, special needs students, emergent reader groups;
assisted in technology based lessons; observed teaching methods and had guided interaction
with children.

Computer Skills

Proficient with google classroom, docs, sheets, slides. Comfortable with tools like
screencastify, audacity, screencastomatic, and with several other educational and
classroom programs and applications including iRead, RazKids, Symbaloo, Haiku
Deck, Prezi, and Accelerated Reader. Proficient in all aspects of Windows and
Office products. Create reports using both Web based software and PDF files.
