General Scope of
Work Provides assistance in the day to day implementation of
programs, plans, and policies on efficient procurement, property
management, transportation service, and office maintenance,
safety and security.
Leadership Effectiveness:
Innovation - The ability to introduce or initiate new process,
idea or concept that will add value or improve the delivery of
service.
Influencing/Negotiating - The ability to persuade others
towards building consensus and gaining their cooperation to
obtain information and accomplish goals.
Risk and Crisis Management - The ability to identify,
evaluate, manage, and respond to risks concerning the
organization's events, processes and service delivery.
GCG Effectiveness
Planning and Organizing - Ability to establish a course of
action for self/division/office to accomplish a specific goal,
plan proper assignments and use resources (people,
finance, and technology) efficiently.
Performance Management - The ability to take
responsibility for one's own or one's employees'
performance, by setting clear goals and expectations,
tracking progress against the goals, ensuring feedback, and
addressing performance problems and issues promptly.
Monitoring and Evaluation - The ability to collect, analyze,
and use information to assess a project or undertaking.
Problem Solving/Decision Making - The ability to resolve
work challenges or dilemma by analyzing, testing, and
implementing solutions.
Project Management - The ability to design, implement and
manage projects and direct the related resources, personnel
and activities to successful completion.
Functional Effectiveness
Managing Internal/External Communication - The ability to
communicate the organization's key and core messages to
the intended audience through various platforms, monitor
and evaluate the same in order to promote the organization
and its services.
Property/Asset Usage/Management - The ability to exercise
accountability for properties and assets under ones
custodianship as well as overseeing the usability of GCG
properties and assets.
Technical Writing - The ability to transfer/translate technical
information about concepts, results of evaluations or studies
into documents that are accessible and appropriate to a
given audience.
Technology Support - The ability to implement the methods,
practices and policies governing the design, development
and use of the IT support processes designed to keep IT
environment functioning efficiently, effectively and securely.

requirements shall not be considered/processed for evaluation.

5. Copy of Certificate of Eligibility / Board Rating
6. Copies of Certificates of Training / Seminars attended
7. Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) for Government

8. Performance Appraisal / Evaluation for other applicants
