Eligibility

General Scope of
Work Provides assistance in the day to day implementation of
programs, plans, and policies on efficient procurement, property
management, transportation service, and office maintenance,
safety and security.

Essential Job Tasks


Assists in the procurement of small value office supplies
and materials;
Prepares purchase requests and conducts canvass for
small value goods;
Assists in the inspection of delivered goods to ensure
quality of goods;
Issues and indexes supplies/materials issued;
Participates in the conduct of property inventory and
assists in the preparation of reports;
Maintains the cleanliness and order in the warehouse of
supplies;
Monitors the ability of vehicles and drivers as aid in the
dispatch of vehicles; and
Assist in the coordination with the building administrator
pertaining to the maintenance/repair requirements of
office facilities and equipment.
Monitors the status of each Purchase Request (PR).
Assists in the preparation of all the documentary
requirements of each PR.
Dockets all the Documentary Requirements of each PR.
Assists in the processing of all PRs.
