The first time I came to the hospital djitrowardojo purworejo I
feel happy because here I will carry out clinical practice and to add
my experience and knowledge in the clinic.

The first day of the professional nursing service base on

Monday 17th April 2017, our group A was placed in the main ward. I
first came to the main ward and faced the head of utama room of the
miss supriyatmini, s, kep ners. He is a nice and friendly woman, we
are well received by him. That day I can shift my morning confused
what should i do. Supriyatmini's explained to us about the system and
the layout of the space in the utama ward, the utama room is first class
with fan facilities, 1 bathroom and 2 beds. The ward in the main hall
also consists of the kutilang room, kepodang room, nuri room and
merpati room.

At that time I was confused suddenly bell nurse room sounds

and it indicates the patient there is a complaint, I just go to the room
where the bell rang. When I got there I knocked on the door and say
hello and it turns out the complaint is the infusion fluids runs out and I
immediately replace the infusion fluids in accordance with the doctor's
advice. When I finished I immediately returned to the room. Then I
was invited by a nurse who was guarding that day to do wound
gangrene treatment, I also prepare a tool to do wound care. The wound
is blackened and necrotic, the tissue must be removed. Did not feel the
clock was showing at 14.00 wib and nurse duty perform operan, after
finished my operand home. The second and third days I still get the
schedule morning picket routine as usual, but there are different
nurses teach me how to mengoplos drugs and recognize drugs. Some
of the drugs I know now are ranitidine, cefotaxim, katerolac,
ondanseton, aminophylline.

That day I was in the same order nurses who take care to check
the patient's blood pressure and I immediately took the tension meter.
The fourth day I can be in the afternoon, the routine is the same as the
usual operand, the drug oplos, and listen to the complaints of patients,
but that day I get new experience that I was asked to do the catheter
installation.

Initially I nervous, but thanks to the guidance nurse I succeed.

The next day and so on I get one more experience that is asked to
check blood sugar and blood venous taking for laboratory
examination.
