Instructions:

2. Record your Name and Date on each sheet.
3. Record all foods eaten for 3 (or 7) consecutive days; record the time of day and the food
item(s) eaten and the amount of each food item consumed; include water, snacks,
condiments, and nibbling.
4. Save all sheets in 1 file for submission on Blackboard.

easy run, 30 minutes).
2. Using table below, fill in INTENSITY appropriate for the activity (resting, very light, etc.).
3. Using table below, fill in the TIME IN MINUTES for each activity
4. Total the time in minutes (total should be 1440)
