Activities This Week

I am currently working for the Analytics team who is
into recruitment of candidates for clients. The
companys major clients are Citi group, AXA business
services, and Goldman sachs.

This week I worked on the followings:

Worked on Talent acquisition process

Did sourcing of CVs from naukri.com
Shortlisted candidates for clients like Citi group
and AXA business services
Did screening of candidates
Achieved weekly target by shortlisting
candidates for interview process
Worked on three profiles:
IBSG Surveillance for Citi Client
ICG- Senior Manager for Citi corp System
Business Analyst for Citi Group
 The first day of the SIP was about the introduction of the
company and the projects that are allotted to me. I learnt
about sourcing and softwares that are used for
recruitment process. Made calls to candidates and

about the right candidates for the role that they are
offering.

I was able to gain an in-depth knowledge about how

learn to work on two different softwares for
Recruitment and also generated weekly report for the
organization. I was able to access Citi groups portal
where I was able to access the various job opportunity
provided by Citi group.
