WAIVER OF PROPERTY RIGHTS

WITH SALE OF PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, LILIA P. AJOS, Filipino citizens, widow and with residence and postal
address at Maticdum, Tandag City, Surigao del sur, Philippines, by these presents do
hereby, WAIVE and SURRENDER, QUIT CLAIM now and forever my property rights,
occupation and possession of my land and any improvements therein which I owned at
Purok Draga, Barangay Dagocdoc, Tandag City, Surigao del sur, which land is now
presently claim by EVELYN E. MEDRANO, married to MAXUEL J. MEDRANO,
both of legal age, Filipino and with residence and postal address at Purok Draga,
Barangay Dagocdoc, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, Philippines, the purchaser/buyer
over the said rights, for and in consideration of the sum of PESOS: FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (P50, 000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid and receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged and tendered by EVELYN E. MEDRANO, for my full satisfaction, do
hereby completely Surrender, Quit Claim and Waive all our rights and participation over
the said property which is hereunder being described as follows:

3072-D (Public Land) Tandag Cadastre situated in
Purok Draga, Barangay Dagocdoc, Tandag City,
Surigao del Sur, containing an area of 150 square
meters

That I hereby relinquish, Quit Claim and completely surrender all my rights,
occupation, participation whatsoever in favor of EVELYN E. MEDRANO, and I will
defend all her rights and ownership against any and all who may come to claim other
rights whatsoever.
