I would like to apologize for the inconvenience I have caused. I have

given it considerable thought and following our negotiations earlier this
week, I would like to continue working at OCWEN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS,
INC. and retract the resignation I submitted on September 23, 2016.

I am aware that this change may put you in an awkward situation as my
