Marcos is a professional with experience in data system development and application,

related to Business Process Reengineering in organizations of great magnitude, having
taken part in several project groups. Has sound knowledge in functional fields, specially
Production, Quality Management and Materials Management and experience in diverse
companies working on the different industrial, commercial and service fields:
Chemical/Pharmaceutical, Massive Consume/Food, Beverages and Retail and
Industrial/Fuels, Lubricants and Metallurgic. Marcos has graduated as Industrial
Engineer.

CONSULTING2B SRL (since March 2002)

• SCJohnson (since December 2009) . Massive Consume, located in Buenos Aires,

Argentina and Asia (Vietnam).
SAP ECC 5.0 and APO 5.0 – Senior Consultant, Process Team Leader for Asia
Region. Responsible for the implementation of the rollout of a Corporate Template
for the FTS Process (including PP, QM, MM, WM and APO-DP/SNP/PPDS).
Implementing a Global Template this Template is finishing the implementation
around the world, and one of the last Waves includes Vietnam, Philippines,
Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Work is done 30% on Site in Vietnam and 70%
Remotely from Argentina.

rollout of a Corporate Template for the Operations and SCM Processes (including
PP, QM, MM, WM, SD, PM and APO). The team included 10 consultants and a total
of 25 people in charge.

and QM Module.
PM Implementation assessment: I reviewed the actual processes and delivered a
proposal for PM implementation. This project has started and I am working as QA
(1/2 day every two weeks).

mayor investment group, located in Buenos Aires City, Argentina.

Quality Notifications, Vendor evaluation, QM in Equipments, PM Notifications, PM

Responsible for the implementation of the rollout of a Corporate Template for the
FTS Process (including PP, QM, MM, PM, WM and APO-DP).
Implementing a Global Template that was designed in North America. Already
concluded Pilot (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay), Wave 2 (Mexico, Costa
Rica, and El Salvador), Wave 3 (Brazil), Wave 4 (Venezuela, Colombia, Peru and
Ecuador) and Wave 5 (Brazil Manaus new Plant). Each of these Waves were Full
Life Cycle projects.
Also member of the SAP Team that was in charge of the Currency Conversion
Project for Venezuela (2007) and for the SAP Upgrade from 4.6C to ECC 6.0
Release.
During the second semester of 2006 we implemented PM at the Argentinean
facilities. I was the consultant in charge (including a full life cycle implementation).
Global Center of Excellence Member: during the waves and after them, I have been
working as GCOE Member giving ongoing support for PP, MM, PM, WM and APO
modules

I performed a Global Template assessment during a 2 week stay. The modules that
were reviewed and for which I made improvement proposals were: PP, PM, MM,
QM, WM.
