It has been quite sometime that weve been partners not only in terms of business matters
but being close friends as well.
We in fact are thankful for allowing us in opening an avenue to create a name for our
business Cafe Marla which is now growing in terms of popularity. Sadly, however, we are
still recovering from the major and minor expenses incurred in setting up our humble
business specifically improvements and making changes with the wiring as required by
MERALCO .
The undersigned is recognizing the sanctity of the agreement that it is subject to your
good office discretion to renew the contract or not.
Like other businesses as you may observed, they all has difficulty in returning their
investments from the first five years of operation. The same is true with Cafe Marla, we
are humbly apealing to renew our lease contract and allow us to at least recover and be
able to boost the income of the Cafe. The Cafe is now being widespread to be grouped
with other well known Coffee Shops in Quezon city. This dream of ours will be your soon
dream as well.
Giving us a privilege to continue with our operations will definitely achieve this dream of
ours and we will never forget that youve been part of it as well. The Cafe will not exist
without your kindess and sharing with us part of your premises.
Hoping that we could still renew our lease contract.
