Government Of India Structure: -

Structure of Government of India The Government in India or the central or the union government is divided
into three main sections namely the executive, legislature and the judiciary shown as under. The
responsibility of each section of the government is also mentioned along.

Politics in India take place within the framework of its constitution, because India is a federal
parliamentary democratic republic, in which the President of India is the head of state and the Prime
Minister of India is the head of the central government. India follows the dual polity system, i.e. a
double government which consists of the central authority at the center and states at the periphery. The
constitution defines the organization powers and limitations of both central and state governments, and
it is well-recognized, rigid and considered supreme.

China Political structure:-

The President of China is the titular head of state, serving as the ceremonial figurehead under National
People's Congress.[a] The Premier of China is the head of government, presiding over the State Council
composed of four vice premiers and the heads of ministries and commissions. As a one-party state, the
General Secretary of the Communist Party of China holds ultimate power and authority over state and
government. The offices of President, General Secretary, and Chairman of the Central Military
Commission have been held simultaneously by one individual since 1993, granting the individual de jure
and de facto power over the country.

Long Term Structure Change: -

The political systems themselves that we will find one of the main differences, with Chinas single-party
system (Communist Party) contrasting with Indias democratic system (in fact, India has been referred to
as the largest democracy in the world on numerous occasions) .

In short time, China gears up for a high-level leadership transition at its party congress in November,
stability has become the main watchword in Beijing, dictating everything from economic policies to
reform efforts. Minimising volatility from economic liberalisation is seen as important for a smooth
political transition. Paradoxically, by trying to enforce stability through tighter control and limited
reforms, the government may rise the risk of longer-term economic instability.

In India, Current government under NDA is more stable since 1990. Current government is doing many
reforms work to attract foreign investors. i.e GST tax reforms, Increases FDI limit in many sectors, oil
reform, etc.. There will be central election in India in 2019, so current government may take more
populist steps to win the next term which might break the reforms in India for shorter term. Current
government will re-elect in next election in 2019 as per the current survey by many news agencies. If
current government will not win 2019 election and if there will hung parliament then it will be big
setback in indias reform and growth story.

Since last 20 years ,China political stability is always better then India but after 2014, India has also
improve in political stability parameter. Indian government has done great work on controlling the
corruption, ease of doing business in last few years but India is behind the China in all the key business-
related parameters.

Bombardier Prospective:- It is better for companys long term business planning and future investment

LAW :-

In India, Courts are commonly operates using the English Language and law is common law system, so
laws are more familiar to north American as well as English investors and higher judicial courts are clean
and well-operated but most of the cost proceeding required large volume of paper work. The Indian
court judgments are more intermediate rather than conclusive decision. There are so many cases are
pending in Indian court so some time trial takes around 10 years to complete. The labor legislation is
another problem in India. The power of trade and legal unions is reduced but still there are so many
legalisations support workers.

Law of the People's Republic of China, officially referred to as the Socialist legal system with Chinese
characteristics. It will take very less time to resolved issue if we compare to India. In China the labor
strikes and union major issue to do business. In 2015, there was around 74 strikes per day. It is tough to
do business for company in this kind of environment. To protect the foreign company for the piracy of
intellectual property is also the major challenges for Chines law system.
