It was a pleasure and very enlightening to have our second interview with you. We have discussed
and find that your attitude and approach match the type of person we see building and managing our
QA department.
As we discussed, we believe that initially Quality Assurance is more than just reviewing the final
product. It will also mean being involved in integrating the various departmental components that
will constitute the process in making our final product/service.
In this regard we find your personality and professionalism to be in our opinion matching the type
of person we feel will help ONEm reach our term goals.
Below is a summary of what we envision as your role.
Title: QA and Project Manager
Initial Salary: 2700 Euros
Reporting: Directly to Founders
Skills: Aside from the functional skills of Quality Assurance the Founders require any management
level to possess the ability to be intrinsically involved with the company building process having
excellent and responsive relations with the Founders, high quality interpersonal skills with
colleagues and sub-ordinates, technical and expeditious organizational skills coupled with the
ability to coordinate and execute tasks to completion with minimal time and with the highest
quality.
Role: Liaise with Founders coordinating Project Activities which include QA including Integration
activities with other functional departments that have an impact on the Quality of the Services
ONEm is delivering through Mobile Operators to users.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance -For the role of QA to coordinate and propose to the Founders the creation,
implementation, management and carrying out QA and project activities for the company.
Projects - The Development Head Quarters (DHQ) building process will be done in stages which
will be treated like projects. The initial project is to role out a working platform which will require
the coordination of Software Development, Platform Hardware/System Admin and Networking.
Activities related to this development need to be coordinated to insure ultimate quality in all
downstream services. In this regard similar standards of quality management need to be developed,
implemented and managed across departments.
Founder Liaison and Coordination - As the Founders are actively involved in building DHQ your
role will be to assist in the organization of activities for QA and Projects.
Maturation and Transition - As the company grows less efforts will be required for the building
and more efforts spent on Management of a growing Quality Assurance Team and department and
execution of the standards and procedures developed.
