Description :
Ballots is a fully web based voting software solution based on network security. With the
access control capabilities and the reliability, the network security has tremendously
increased in providing authenticity and security.
The present system conducts the elections manually, which takes lot of efforts for
conducting, maintaining and evaluating the voting process. This Automation helps in
overcoming all the above mentioned problems and also helps in avoiding any kind of
tempering that can be done. Rather than employing expensive consultant to print and
mail paper ballots or setup and manage your elections, Ballots application puts the power
of online voting in the hands of election administrators.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
I have been worked as a Software Developer(java developer) at DreamSolTelesolutions
Pvt. Ltd in Noida
I was join this company for training in 2014 and worked here till December 2014.
Here I got the knowledge about how to develop application using struts , hibernate and
MySQL database and worked on existing application and maintain these applications
according to client need.
Design the application with the help of css and html.

Currently I am working with RNS Software Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities

I was jointhis company in December 2015 and working in this company till now.
>Maintain existing application and modify those applications according to client need.
>Develop new application using struts and hibernate.
> Design layout for application using JSP, CSS, and JQUERY.
>Interact with client and visit on client site for maintenance for the application.
I have developed web applications with other team member for Medantahospital, Fortis
Hospital and BLK etc.
I am using struts, hibernate and MySQL database for developing applications.
Here I am describing about MEDANTA project.
The company is active in health care industry andrecently developed web application for
MEDANTA Hospital and using this application they can manage entire data, details of
hospital staff and patients. For example if patient need their medical report then he does
not need visit to hospital he can download his report to access our application.
And if doctor duty rotates for example today he is working in emergency ward if his duty
changes from emergency ward to other ward then he gets the message on his mobile.
