First Technique:
When the sexual-system of the body is stimulated, ejaculation of semen takes place. the
following method checks this undesired stimulation quite effectively. Whenever a
sexual desire arises in the mind and your attention moves towards the genital organ, be
alert and quickly contract the genitals in towards the belly just like the piston of a pump
while focusing your attention on the genital organ. This is called yoni mudra. Then shut
your eyes. Meditate, Now I am looking from the base of the sexual centre up towards
the sahasrtra chakra. Seminal energy has the tendency to flow towards the point
(organ) where the mind is focused. If you focus the mind on the sahasrtra chakra, the
bioelectric energy which would have otherwise been instrumental in causing
ejaculation by activating the mooladhara chakra, will be sublimated towards the
sahasrtra chakra and transmuted into ojas. But beware! If the mind still desires sexual
pleasure during this experiment, then you will not succeed in preserving your seminal
energy. But if you practice this for a few days with discrimination and a strong will, you
will begin to get the rewards before long. You will clearly experience that even though
the sexual desire came with the force of a storm, it subsided within a few seconds once
this technique was applied.

Second Technique:
Whenever a strong sexual desire arises, apply
moolabandha(http://www.yogajournal.com/practice/2417)and uddiyanabandha(The word
Uddiyana derived from Sanskrit word Uddayana (), which means flying up and
so Uddiyana Bandha means the upward flying lock or is commonly known as the
abdominal lock. In this process, the diaphragm is lifted up to the thorax by creating a
vacuum in the chest after complete exhalation, thereby pulling all the abdominal organs
upward and abdominal wall back towards the spine.) then exhale all the air from your
lungs and hold the breath out. The more you can exhale the better. By repeating this
technique two to three times, your passion will subside and you will be saved from an
impending seminal discharge.

Although this technique appears to be simple, it is a very important Yogic manoeuvre.


The air inhaled in the process of normal breathing pushes the bio-electric energy
downwards. When this air is forcefully exhaled, it fails to activate the sexual centre at
the mooladhara chakra. Moreover, the subsequent contraction of the belly and the
navel creates a vacuum in the stomach, and the energy accumulated around the sex-
centre rushes towards the navel to fill this vacuum. Thus there is no more energy left to
activate the sexual centre and thereby ejaculation is prevented.

This technique can be practised at any place and requires no extra expenditure.
Moreover, it can also be practised regularly even if there is no sexual stimulation. It
provides excellent benefits. The digestive fire is stimulated, abdominal disorders are
cured, life becomes effulgent and the seminal energy is naturally preserved.

1) Always keep your large intestine as clean and flushed as possible.

2) Always keep your urethra fully empty, try even not to let even few drops of urine to
get stored in it.

3) Eat only what and when is required for you body, if possible do not eat food after
6:30 PM. Don't eat too much.always keep 30% of your stomach empty.

4) After eating do try to flush out everything present in your large intestine.

5) Make a habit of going to toilet at least once in every 2 to 3 hours.

6) Be careful about what you are eating, the food u eat must not be very spicy,very oily
or containing onions, avoid items made of maida (floor) like naan,bhature,maggie
because it will effect your intestines & will make them weaker thus making you feel high
sexual excitation.

7) Do not eat meat (i.e non-veg) or drink alcohol or take any in-toxic substance in your
body.

Try to keep fast at least once in a week, this will force your sperm\ovum to go for
further digestion in brain, thus enhancing your memory & brain capabilities.

9) Read spiritual books everyday for at least 30 minutes per day or you can se spritual
videos also.

10) whenever you feel like sexual inside, sit straight & forcefully take all the air out from
your body through mouth and pull your stomach from inside, be in this state for as
much time you can be & then take some air back but slowly, repeat this same process
again for 7 times. Remember if you are feeling stongly sexual inside then this also
means that there is some waste got accumulated inside your urethera and large
intestine, you should immediately go and flush out properly,do spent some time in
toilet if you are a big time eater. Remember do not be lazy at this time, go immediately
and flush out, becouse if you thought like "no i wil control it..." believe me it will
definitely take you with it & finally you won't be able to do anything.

11) Do minimum 10 to 15 pranayams (espacially if possible do Tribandh youkta


pranayama i.e Kevli Kumbahak) everyday.

12) Now very very important here are few beej mantras i am giving to you & believe me
you will thank me for the rest of your life for this, you have to schedule a particular time
in your everyday life and sit at that time and chant this verbally, but remember do sit on
some non conductor thing like blanket or some plastic stuff, sit in some asana like
(padmasana or sidhhasana) or if not possible you can also sit in sukhasana, keep your
eyes close while chanting.

MANTRA 1:
Take some milk in a cup. While gazing at the milk, repeat the following mantra twenty-
one times and thereafter drink the milk. This is an excellent aid to
Celibacy(Brahmacharya.) This Mantra is worth remembering by heart.

Japa the above mantra whenever anti-celibacy(brahmcharya) thoughts comes in mind,


Do japa for 108 times before going to sleep to avoid wet dreams.

Remember whenever you chant any mantra verbally, the sound vibrations are created
inside your body which effects your nervous system, DNA,RNA, blood cells, tissue your
whole body.so do chant with clear sound, be much vibrational as possible while
chanting.

13) Buy an Amla churan (i.e Gooseberry powder) and take i spoon of amla with water
every day before sleeping, this will strengthen you sperm\ovum and your nervous
system (i.e you will be able to have better self control).

14) Buy kishmish (Currants) and put 21 pieces kishmish in some water for at least 10
hours, after 10 hours drink that water and eat all the kishmish in it.(kishmish contains
all the benefits that a cow milk contains, in addition it also contains the benifits of
Amla).

15) If have your own mantra & you use to do mantra jap every day, then that is also very
beneficial, just try to be focused on the meaning of the mantra you are chanting. this
will increase your will power exponentially, believe me, just try to be focused as much
as you can while chanting your mantra.

16) fix a schedule for tratak, tratak is technique in which we try to focus on an physical
image (like any picture of god or anyone) or on a small dot, just sit straight on some non
conductor thing at the distance of 3 to 4 foot from the image you are going to focus on,
keep you head straight then without dropping your eyelid and without moving your
cornea keep looking at the image, practice this for at least 30 minutes every day
(initially you can start doing it for 10 to 15 minutes but then take it up to 1 hour), you
have to practice it everyday till your aagya chakra gets wakened up.

17) If you have swapndosh (nocturnal emission) problem then try to sleep early and
leave the bed at exact 4:00 AM or before in morning, do not sleep after 4:00 AM not
even for a single minute, also follow step 13 and 14 everyday.

18) Strictly avoid drinking tea,coffee and coldrinks if you seriously want to get rid of
your sexual habits else if you can't then forget and don't read further because this post
cannot help you. you can take milk, ayurvedic tea or green tea.

19) Do some yogasana (like vajrasana,dhanurasana,padmasana or sidhasana, espacially


tadasana (vry usefull for removing bad habits)) everyday for 15 to 20 minutes in the
morning with empty stomach.

20) Avoid unnecessary chats and meetings, avoid doing useless activities or talks, also
very important avoid touching people i.e making physical contacts, this will protect you
from receiving sexual or negative vibrations & thoughts.

21) Avoid eating fast food outside, try to do lunch or dinner at home if possible.

22) I need not to say this that you have to avoid watching pornographical materials.

23) Get yourself involved in some social welfare activities.

24) Keep yourself busy in things you are most interested into.

25) while drinking do not inhale air though right side of nose, because it will cause
some loss of your sperm, so be carefull while drinking
always close right hole of your nose and inhale air through left.

26) people who take hot food immediately after taking something cold are inviting the
problem of swapndosh (nocturnal emission), because this weakens the nervous system
badly, so be careful.

27) Do not have water along with your meal, have water after 30 minutes you finished
your meal.

28) Avoid looking at women (jaha dekhe muh fer lo bas) , even if you see them on tv,
video or photograph, make this thing a habit in you, looking all women as our own
mother or sister is not
going to help much longer,avoid interacting with women's as much as possible if you
have planned a long term bhramcharya...

29) To avoid your bhramcharya from getting disturbed You should avoid watching TV
programs, films, cinema's, pornography, reading magazines containing sexually
attractive pictures, because any of these can trigger you sexual excitement anywhere
anytime..
