‫ وهُ َو على ك ّل َشي ٍء‬،‫الح ْمـد‬ َ ُ‫ك وله‬ َ ‫ ال إلهَ إـالّ هّللا ُ َوح َدهُ ال َش‬، ‫ـلحم ُد هلل‬

ِّ‫ َرب‬،‫ك ِم ْن َشـ ِّر هـذا اليوم َو َش ِّر ما بَعْـ َده‬ َ ِ‫ َوأَعـو ُذ ب‬، ‫ـير ما في هـذا اليوم َو َخـي َر ما بَعْـ َده‬ َ ‫ك َخ‬ َ ‫ َربِّ أسْـأَلُـ‬، ‫قدير‬

ٍ ‫ـار َو َعـذا‬ ٍ ‫ك ِم ْن َعـذا‬ َ ِ‫ َربِّ أَعـو ُذب‬، ‫ـل َوسـو ِء ْال ِكـبَر‬ ِ ‫ك ِم َن ْال َك َس‬
َ ِ‫أَعـو ُذب‬

We have reached the morning and at this very time unto Allah belongs all sovereignty, and
all praise is for Allah. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without
partner, to Him belongs all sovereignty and praise and He is over all things omnipotent. My
Lord, I ask You for the good of this day and the good of what follows it and I take refuge in
You from the evil of this day and the evil of what follows it. My Lord, I take refuge in You
from laziness and senility. My Lord, I take refuge in You from torment in the Fire and
’.punishment in the grave
 .‫ك النُّـ ُشور‬
َ ‫ـوت َوإِلَـ ْي‬
ُ ‫ك نَ ُم‬ َ ِ‫ َوب‬، ‫ك أَ ْم َسـينا‬
َ ِ‫ك نَحْ ـيا َوب‬ َ ِ‫ك أَصْ ـبَحْ نا َوب‬
َ ِ‫اللّهُـ َّم ب‬

O Allah, by your leave we have reached the morning and by Your‘

leave we have reached the evening, by Your leave we live and die and
’.unto You is our resurrection
‫ َوأَنا َعلـى‬، ‫ َخلَ ْقتَنـي َوأَنا َعبْـ ُدك‬، ‫ت‬ َ ‫ت َربِّـي ال إلهَ إالّ أَ ْن‬ َ ‫اللّهـ َّم أَ ْن‬
، ‫صنَـعْت‬ َ ‫ك ِم ْن َشـرِّ ما‬ َ ِ‫ أَعـوذ ُب‬، ‫ك ما ا ْستَـطَعْـت‬ َ ‫ك َو َو ْعـ ِد‬ َ ‫َعهْـ ِد‬
‫ي َوأَبـو ُء ِب َذ ْنـبي فَا ْغفـِرْ لي فَإِنَّـهُ ال يَ ْغـفِ ُر‬ َّ ‫ك َعلَـ‬
َ ‫ك بِنِعْـ َمتِـ‬ َ ‫أَبـو ُء لَـ‬
]7/150 ‫ [البخاري‬   . ‫ت‬ َ ‫نـوب إِالّ أَ ْن‬
َ ‫ال ُّذ‬

O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You, You ‘
created me and I am Your servant and I abide to Your covenant and promise as
best I can, I take refuge in You from the evil of which I have committed. I
acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me,
’.for verily none can forgive sin except You
 ، ‫ َو َجمـي َع َخ ْلـقِك‬، ‫ َو َمالئِ َكتِك‬، ‫شـك‬ ْ ‫ َوأُشْـ ِه ُد َح َملَـةَ َع‬، ‫ـحتُ أَُشْـ ِه ُدك‬
ِ ‫ـر‬ ْ َ‫اللّ ُهـ َّم إِنِّـي أ‬
ْ َ‫صب‬
. ‫ َوأَ َّن ُ ُم َح ّمـداً َع ْبـدُكَ َو َرسـولُـك‬، ‫شري َك لَـك‬ َ ‫ـت هللاُ ال إلهَ إالّ أَ ْن‬
َ ‫ـت َو ْحـ َد َك ال‬ َ ‫أَنَّـ َك أَ ْن‬
]7/150 ‫(أربع مرات ) [البخاري‬ 

O Allah, verily I have reached the morning and call on You, the‘
bearers of Your throne, Your angles, and all of Your creation to
witness that You are Allah, none has the right to be worshipped
except You, alone, without partner and that Muhammad is Your
.Servant and Messenger
 ، ‫ فَ ِمـ ْن َك َو ْحـدَكَ ال شري َك لَـك‬، ‫صبَـ َ َح بي ِمـنْ نِ ْعـ َم ٍة أَو بِأ َ َحـ ٍد ِمـنْ َخ ْلـقِك‬ ْ َ‫اللّ ُهـ َّم ما أ‬
. ‫ش ْكـر‬ُّ ‫فَلَـ َك ا ْل َح ْمـ ُد َولَـكَ ال‬
 ]4/317 ‫[أبو داود‬

O Allah, what blessing I or any of Your creation have risen upon, is‘
from You alone, without partner, so for You is all praise and unto
’.You all thanks
‫ اللّ ُهـ َّم عافِـني‬، ‫س ْمـعي‬
َ ‫ اللّ ُهـ َّم عافِـني في‬، ‫اللّ ُهـ َّم عافِـني في بَ َدنـي‬
. ‫ـت‬َ ‫ ال إلهَ إالّ أَ ْن‬، ‫صـري‬
َ َ‫في ب‬

O Allah, grant my body health, O Allah, grant my hearing health,‘

O Allah, grant my sight health. None has the right to be
.worshipped except You
 َ ِ‫ َوأَعـو ُذ ب‬، ‫ َوالفَـ ْقر‬، ‫ك ِم َن ْال ُكـفر‬
‫ك‬ َ ِ‫اللّهُـ َّم إِنّـي أَعـو ُذ ب‬
َ ‫ ال إلهَ إالّ أَ ْن‬، ‫ب القَـبْر‬
. ‫ـت‬ ِ ‫ِم ْن َعذا‬

O Allah, I take refuge with You from disbelief and poverty, and I‘
take refuge with You from the punishment of the grave. None has
.the right to be worshipped except You
 ِ ‫سبِـ َي هّللا ُ ال إلهَ إالّ ُه َو َعلَـي ِه تَ َو َّكـلتُ َو ُه َو َر ُّب ال َع ْر‬
. ‫ش ال َعظـيم‬ ْ ‫َح‬

َ ‫( سبع َم ّرات‬

Allah is Sufficient for me, none has the right to be‘

worshipped except Him, upon Him I rely and He is Lord of
.the exalted throne
 ‫شـ ِّر ما َخلَـق‬
‫ت ِمنْ َ‬ ‫أَعـو ُذبِ َكلِمـا ِ‬
‫ت هّللا ِ التّـا ّمـا ِ‬
‫(ثالثا ً إِذا أمسى) [أحمد ‪ ،2/290‬وصحيح الترمذي ‪]3/187‬‬

‫‘‪I take refuge in Allah’s perfect words from the evil He has‬‬
‫‪.created‬‬
 ‫سـأَلُـ َك ال َعـ ْف َو َوالعـافِـيةَ في ديني‬
ْ ‫ اللّ ُهـ َّم إِنِّـي أ‬، ‫ـرة‬ ِ ‫سـأَلُـكَ ال َعـ ْف َو َوالعـافِـيةَ في ال ُّد ْنـيا َو‬
َ ‫اآلخ‬ ْ ‫اللّ ُهـ َّم إِنِّـي أ‬
‫ي َو ِمن‬ ِ َ‫احفَ ْظـني ِمن ب‬
َّ ‫ـين يَ َد‬ ْ ‫ اللّ ُهـ َّم‬، ‫عـوراتي َوآ ِمـنْ َر ْوعاتـي‬ ْ ‫ـر‬ ْ ‫ اللّ ُهـ َّم ا‬، ‫ي َوأهْـلي َومالـي‬
ْ ُ ‫ست‬ َ ‫َو ُد ْنـيا‬
. ‫ َوأَعـو ُذ بِ َعظَ َمـتِكَ أَن أُ ْغـتا َل ِمن ت َْحتـي‬، ‫ َو ِمن فَ ْوقـي‬، ‫شمـالي‬ ِ ‫َخ ْلفـي َو َعن يَمـيني َو َعن‬
]2/332 ‫[صحيح ابن ماجه‬

O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this life and the next. O Allah, I ask ‘
You for pardon and well-being in my religious and worldly affairs, and my family
and my wealth. O Allah, veil my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay. O Allah,
preserve me from the front and from behind and on my right and on my left and
’.from above, and I take refuge with You lest I be swallowed up by the earth
‫ أَ ْشهَـ ُد أَ ْن ال‬، ‫كـل َشـي ٍء َو َمليـ َكه‬ ِّ َّ‫ض َرب‬ِ ْ‫ت َواألر‬ ِ ‫ب َوال ّشـها َد ِة‬
ِ ‫فاطـ َر السّماوا‬ ِ ‫اللّهُـ َّم عا ِلـ َم ال َغـ ْي‬
‫ف َعلـى‬ ِ َ‫ َوأَ ْن أَ ْقت‬، ‫ْـطان َو ِشـرْ ِكه‬
َ ‫ـر‬ ِ ‫ك ِمن َشـ ِّر نَ ْفسـي َو ِمن َشـ ِّر ال َّشي‬َ ِ‫ أَعـو ُذ ب‬، ‫إِلـهَ إِالّ أَ ْنت‬
.‫نَ ْفسـي سوءاً أَ ْو أَجُـ َّرهُ إِلـى ُمسْـ ِلم‬
]3/142 ‫[صحيح اـلترمذي‬

O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator of the heavens and the Earth, ‘
Lord and Sovereign of all things, I bear witness that none has the right to be
worshipped except You. I take refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the
evil and shirk of the devil, and from committing wrong against my soul or bringing
.such upon another Muslim

In the name of Allah with whose name nothing is harmed on earth‘

.nor in the heavens and He is The All-Seeing, The All-Knowing
 . ً ‫الم ديـنا ً َوبِ ُم َحـ َّم ٍد صلى هللا عليه وسلم نَبِيّـا‬
ِ ‫س‬ ْ ‫َرضيـتُ ِباهللِ َربَّـا ً َوبِاإل‬

I am pleased with Allah as a Lord, and Islam as a religion‘

.and Muhammad peace be upon to him as a Prophet
 َ‫ َو ِزنَـة‬، ‫ َو ِرضـا نَ ْف ِسـه‬، ‫هللا َوبِ َح ْمـ ِد ِه َع َد َد َخ ْلـقِه‬
ِ ‫ْحـان‬
َ ‫ُسب‬
. ‫ َو ِمـدا َد َك ِلمـاتِـه‬، ‫َعـرْ ِشـه‬

How perfect Allah is and I praise Him by the number of His‘

creation and His pleasure, and by the weight of His throne,
.and the ink of His words

How perfect Allah is and I praise Him. ’(one hundred times)‘

 ‫ َوال تَ ِكلـني‬، ‫ أَصْ لِـحْ لي َشـأْنـي ُكلَّـه‬، ‫ـي يا قَيّـو ُم بِـ َرحْ َمـتِ ِك أَ ْستَـغـيث‬
ُّ ‫يا َح‬
. ‫طـرْ فَةَ َعـين‬ َ ‫إِلى نَ ْفـسي‬

O Ever Living, O Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all, by

Your mercy I seek assistance, rectify for me all of my affairs
.and do not leave me to myself, even for the blink of an eye

‫ وهُ َو على ُك ّل‬،‫ك ولهُ ال َح ْمـد‬ َ ‫ال إلهَ إالّ هّللا ُ وحْ ـ َدهُ ال َشـري‬

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone,‘

without partner, to Him belongs all sovereignty and

. ‫ـن َشـ ِّر ما فـي ِه َو َشـ ِّر ما بَعْـ َده‬ َ ‫ َوأَعـو ُذ بِـ‬، ُ‫ َوهُـداه‬، ُ‫ َونـو َرهُ َوبَـ َر َكتَـه‬، ُ‫َونَصْ ـ َره‬

We have reached the morning and at this very time all sovereignty
belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds. O Allah, I ask You for the good of
this day, its triumphs and its victories, its light and its blessings and its
guidance, and I take refuge in You from the evil of this day and the evil
’.that follows it
