Hubungan Kemampuan, Sikap dan Motivasi Dengan Penemuan Kasus TB
Paru Pada kader TB Paru Di TB Care Aisyiah Kabupaten Garut

ABSTRAK
Tuberkulosis (TB) Paru merupakan penyakit menular yang selalu menjadi
ancaman serius bagi kesehatan masyarakat di seluruh dunia (kedaruratan global
penyakit TB Paru). Tahun 2014 di Kabupaten Garut angka penemuan kasus TB
Paru BTA (+) sebanyak 1.669 orang. Kegiatan penemuan kasus TB Paru
melibatkan TB Care Aisyiah Kabupaten Garut dengan membentuk kader TB Paru
yang sesuai dengan kemampuan, sikap dan motivasi dalam penemuan kasus TB
Paru.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan, sikap dan
motivasi dengan penemuan kasus TB Paru pada kader TB Paru di TB Care
Aisyiah Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian ini dengan metode analitik
menggunakan crossectional dengan populasi seluruh kader TB Paru di TB Care
Aisyiah Kabupaten Garut sebanyak 72 orang kader menggunakan total sampling
sebanyak 72 sampel. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner.
Pengolahan data menggunakan program komputer dan analisis yang digunakan
menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kemampuan
dengan penemuan kasus TB Paru, karena X2hitung (47,839) > X2tabel (9,488) maka
hipotesis nol ditolak dan nilai Sig (0,000) < alpha (0,05) maka hipotesis nol
ditolak. Ada hubungan antara sikap dengan penemuan kasus TB Paru, karena
X2hitung (25,581) > X2tabel (5,991) maka hipotesis nol ditolak dan nilai Sig (0,000)
< alpha (0,05) maka hipotesis nol ditolak. Ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan
penemuan kasus TB Paru, karena X2hitung (33,958) > X2tabel (5,991) maka hipotesis
nol ditolak dan nilai Sig (0,000) < alpha (0,05) maka hipotesis nol ditolak.
Hasil pengujian tersebut digunakan peneliti sebagai dasar untuk
memberikan saran kepada unsur-unsur terkait agar dapat menanggulangi penyakit
TB Paru terutama dalam penemuan kasus TB Paru di Kabupaten Garut.

Relationships Ability, Attitude and Motivation With the discovery of
pulmonary TB Cases On cadre of pulmonary TB in TB Care Aisyiah Garut
ABSTRACT
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease Pulmonary always been a serious
threat to public health worldwide (global emergency pulmonary TB disease). 2014
in Garut regency detection rate of TB BTA (+) as many as 1,669 people.
Pulmonary TB case finding activities involving TB Care Aisyiah Garut form a
cadre of pulmonary TB in accordance with skills, attitudes and motivation in
pulmonary TB case finding.
This study aims to determine the relationship skills, attitudes and motivation
with pulmonary TB case finding new cadres of pulmonary TB in TB Care Aisyiah
Garut. This research method with cross sectional analytic method used by the
population of the entire cadre of pulmonary TB in TB Care Aisyiah Garut regency
as many as 72 cadres using total sampling 72 samples. The research instrument a
questionnaire. Processing data using the program Statistical Product and Service
Solutions (SPSS) for Windows version 16.00 and analysis used univariate and
bivariate analysis using Chi Square.
The results showed that there was a relationship between the ability to
pulmonary TB case finding, because X2count (47.839)> X2table (9,488) then the
null hypothesis is rejected and the Sig (0,000) <alpha (0.05), the null hypothesis is
rejected. There is a relationship between attitude with pulmonary TB case finding,
because X2count (25.581)> X2table (5,991) then the null hypothesis is rejected and
the Sig (0,000) <alpha (0.05), the null hypothesis is rejected. There is a
relationship between motivation with pulmonary TB case finding, because
X2count (33.958)> X2table (5,991) then the null hypothesis is rejected and the Sig
(0,000) <alpha (0.05), the null hypothesis is rejected.
Researchers used the test results as a basis to provide advice to the related
elements in order to cope with pulmonary TB disease especially in the discovery
of pulmonary TB cases in Garut.
