of ideas. This may pertain to the actual definition of

and Media
Text Information
Text is defined by Merriam-Webster as original
words of a piece of writing or a speech. Another
definition says that it means the words that make
up the main part of a book, magazine, newspaper,
website, etc. In short, these are words, which can
be used to create meanings. Without texts, nothing
can be understood.
Information generally, it pertains to the knowledge
acquired about things surrounding a person. So if
these two terms are combined, text information is
about interpreting words in order to generate
knowledge.
How text information affects media
During the early years before media dominated the
world, cultures if people living in various places in
the world were defined by their unique uses of
words that would best represent their customs and
ways of living, and deepest values literary words.
However when media started to affect these
societies, literary words slowly weakened; since
media language was the total opposite, because it
was straightforward and concise. Through the
years of continuous technological innovations,
media and information text have evolved
dramatically. Before, the tri-media (TV, print, radio)
were only means for information texts to be used.
Early posters, as archival files show, focused on
how text would be emphasized. Nowadays, since
the internet has become the most immediate
source of information, information texts have
evolved even more. The use of online trends like
hashtags, like, and share buttons, are now being
integrated every time to communicate how these
sources of information are updated.
Text information and culture
The use of hashtag sign (#) has already elevated
since its initial use as a symbol for the number sign.
Today, people know that this signs is also used to
make an idea a trending topic online.
