shall:

1. Accommodate _____________, BS Accounting technology students of Saint Joseph College and provide them
with relevant work experience aligned with business administration;
2. Provide the necessary guidance and technical assistance in all activities to be undertaken by the trainee relative
to the implementation of specified functions;
3. Confer regularly with the Student Trainee (ST) regarding the problems encountered and the progress during the
training period;
4. Provide periodic feedback directly to Saint Joseph College through the assigned practicum Professor in order to
create a healthy relationship;
5. Notify the Practicum Professor to pull out ST for committing serious infractions of the companys/industrys
policies, rules and regulations;
6. Ensure that the STs are aware of and follow all company rules and regulations, policies and procedures duly
promulgated or to be promulgated by the institutions, particularly those affecting the training activities;
7. Not to be held liable for any unavoidable circumstances/untoward incident during the duration of the training
beyond the control of Saint Joseph College or Trainer Company after having exercised proper precaution and
guidance; and
8. Give tasks or workloads that are not related to Business Administration.

Date of Effectively, Renewal, Amendments, and/or Termination

This agreement shall take effect immediately upon signing of this document by the parties concerned and shall
remain in force until ______________________________________________________.

 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Memorandum of Agreement made and executed by and between:

SAINT JOSEPH COLLEGE, a duly licensed Catholic Educational Institution with principal office address at Tunga tunga,
Maasin City, represented by the Dean of Accountancy Program, Crispin D. Arong hereinafter referred as Saint Joseph
College.

The EASTWEST RURAL BANK INC. Maasin. With office address at Tunga tunga, Maasin City represented by Ms.
Phejacyl Paloma, Team Leader Store hereinafter referred to as the Trainer Company.

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, EASTWEST RURAL BANK INC. is an establishment which provides excellent service to its clienteles;

WHEREAS, Saint Joseph College is a private educational institution offering in BS Accounting Technology.

WHEREAS Saint Joseph College BS in Accounting Technology requires its students to undergo 180 hours of
Supervised Industry Training (SIT) every Summer to be trained by experts in different areas of finance, marketing,
operations and human resoursce management and other business related jobs;

WHEREAS Saint Joseph College is in need of student establishments that could further enhance the acquired
knowledge, skills and experience of its students taking BSAct 3;

WHEREAS, the TRAINER COMPANY allows/agrees that the BSAct students of Saint Joseph College to
cinduct/perform the training in their office/establishment;

NOW THEREFORE, in the consideration of the foregoing premises and stipulations, the parties herein affirms to
strengthen the partnership in enhancing the necessary knowledge, skills, values and attitude of students BSAct,
especially in the conduct of Supervised Industry Training (SIT) every Summer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Saint Joseph College shall:

1. Assign Charise S. Lamberte and Fritzel Joyce B. Gantala, both BSAct students to:

a. Have the opportunity to observe, learn, and do business related tasks in real work setting;

b. Be given the chance to gain exposure to the different business related office work as basis of his/her
written output;

c. Work part time in establishments during off class session as an apprentice;

d. Report for weekly conference in the school at a scheduled time;

2. Monitor the performance of the trainee during the entire period of his/her training;

3. Provide necessary technical assistance to the students and coordinate regularly with the manager of the Trainer
Company while they are on training;

4. Ensure that the trainees comply with the necessary requirements set by the Saint Joseph College Accountancy
Program and Trainer Company;

5. Ensure confidentiality of trainer company information gathered by the student trainees.
