ENGINEER ALI: MIRZA: AND THE METHOD OF DECLARATION

THE SENTENCES OF SUNNTE SCHOLARS AS BLASPHEMOUS.
Engineer Ali: Mirza: is a Heretic who claims that several sentences of great Sunnite scholars as
Blasphemous. He is so extremist that he even declares those who defend these sentences from
the allegation of being blasphemous as Blasphemers. While claiming such a thing he assumes
that he is the Supreme Judge of the cases of such allege blasphemous sentences and is the
ultimate decider of the Blasphemy or Not Blasphemy.

Additionally he does not accept the right of any one who so ever he may be to dispute from
him.

So he in this regard act as a self proclaimed Infallible Decider and Judge. He believes that his
Judgement and Decision is Ultimate ,Unquestionable and Unchallengeable.

But this is not the end of his scheme. He accuse a number of S:h:a:bah for saying disgracing and
disrespecting sentences for the Holy once.

His method is borrowed from Missionaries and Rava:fid: debaters. How ever he is less logical
and his followers do not thing neutrally, and he has made the minds of his followers [who may
be termed as Alimirzais [Ali:Mirza:is] and Jhelamites ]that the repel any answer of his
objections ,any refutation and rebuttal of his claims and alleged arguments. He has worked on
them and that is why his followers need to be informed neutrally ,reasonably and rationally.

METHOD OF ENGINEER OF JHELUM.

His method consist of several steps and stages.

First Step:=

Engineer Ali: Mirza: first selects a sentence from a Book of Sunni Scholar.

Second Step:

He declares that the Text of the sentence is Blasphemous.

Third Step:

He tries to ascribe some Blasphemous meaning to the Text of the Sentence.

Fourth Step:

He claims that the sentence is Blasphemous With Certainty.

He does not even say that they are blasphemous with probability.

Fifth Step:

He convinces his followers that one who doubts in his Judgement and Decision commits a
Blasphemy.

Sixth Step:

He declares all those who do not agree with his Judgement of Blasphemy as Blasphemous.

The Criteria Of Selecting A Sentence

Engineer Ali: Mirza: makes the following Criteria to choose a sentence from a book.

1] A sentence whose Text may have plurality Of Meanings.

2]A sentence which has at least one meaning which may be explained as a Blasphemous
meaning , or a sentence which has at least one meaning interpreted as Blasphemous.

3] A sentence which is too technical or logical or philosophical or to theological such that it

cannot be understood unless and otherwise a person has studied the subject from a reliable
institution.

4] A sentence which has at least one word which may not be liked if it is taken out of the
sentence.

5]A sentence which requires the proper study of context to choose the proper meaning among
a number of Possible Meanings.

6] A sentence which may have two or more meanings, the correct one is difficult to understand
, and the incorrect one is easy to understand.

7] A sentence which has a literal meaning which is blasphemous and a non literal meaning
which is not , and the indicators and incliners for the non literal meaning is difficult to
understand.

8] A sentence which needs an interpreted meaning but shift from the literal meaning to the
interpreted meaning requires an external indicator/incliner , which is outside the text of the
sentence and it is some where else in the book or in another book of the same author.

9] A sentence which is obscure and due to an error is not correct in any meaning. Such a
sentence or expression needs to be declared incorrect but only in the meaning that the author
was unable to express what he really want to write.

10] A sentence which has term with its proper definitions, yet it may become blasphemous in
non terminological or literal meaning.

11] A sentence which is Blasphemous in the theological views of Zubair Ali Zai, even if it is not
in reality. In such cased Engineer Ali: Mirza attempts to explain them as if they are
Blasphemous.

12] A sentence that is similar to any sentence which is once declared as Blasphemous by
Ahmad Rad:a of Ba:ns Baraili. Yet Ali: Mirza: declares the sentences of Ah:mad Rad:a of Ba:ns
Baraili as Kufr/Cufr. Also he declares a number of sentences and paragraphs of scholars among
the followers of Ba:ns Baraili.

Etc.

But these sentences are in general not Blasphemous , and Declaration of Engineer Ali: Mirza:
in many cases are wrong and incorrect. It must be noted that Engineer Ali: Mrza: does not
declare any sentence of any Rafid:i: scholar and it is an extreme rare case where he has either
declared a sentence of any Rafid:i: scholar as Blasphemous or has criticized a sentence of
aRa:fid:i: scholar.

It must be seen that Engineer Ali: Mirza: often criticize a number of S:h:a:bah RD: and accuse
them with accusations which are almost the accusations of Blasphemy . Actually Engineer of
Jhelum has Engineered a Scheme , and is constantly attempting to convince his followers that a
number of S:h:a:bah RD: did Blaspheme against the Holy Prophet and Ahlul Bait.
[Nau:dh:ubill-h Va Astagh:farullah]. For this evil purpose he proposes an evil scheme of
distorting the real explanations of Traditions and explaining them as according to the views ,
believes and traditions of Rava:fid: .

This is the plan of Engineer Ali: Mirza:

IS TO DISPUTE FROM THE JUDGEMENT OF MIRZA: OF JHELUN THAT A GIVEN SENTENCE OF A

SUNNI SCHOLAR OR A S:AH:A:BI: IS BLASPHEMOUS , IS A BLASPHEMY?

This is what Engineer Ali: Mirza: attempts to convince his followers. Some of them are so convinced that, if you
begin to argue that Engineer Ali: Mirza: is not correct in his declaration , they shall consifer you as a blasphemer
with out any hesitation. Such followers of Ali: Mirza: are like the followers of Mirza: Gh:ulam Qa:dya:ni: . They do
not even think that Ali: Mirza: may be incorrect.

This is the methodology this person is using to misguide his followers who are not student of such subjects.

Aided by his former teachers concept Engineer Ali: Mirza: becomes the most dangerous person on the planet
earth.

Although Engineer Ali: Mirza: was once not so cunning as reported by some of his old friends , but he became the
most cunning person latter on. His followers consider him as Almost Infallible if not infallible.

AN OTHER METHOD

He is constantly convincing his followers that he is not saying any thing from his own but just quoting Qura:n and
H:adi:th:. But one again he attempts to present his ideas and explains them according to his will.

PRINCIPLE AND ITS APPLICATION ON OUR IPPONENT AH:MAD RADA: OF BANS BARAILI.

Ah:mad Rad:a: Of Ba:ns Baraili is an arch opponent of Ahlussnnah. He considers as as Ghairu Muslim and we
consider him at least as Ghairu Ahlissunnah. Yet it is incorrect to make objections upon his those sentences
which are principally Interpretable. So some of his sentences are interpretable land are like some our sentences.

But he does not interpret then , yet we interpret his sentences since we follow principles. Some time we point out
his sentences to his followers just to convince them that if a proper interpretation exists , then the principles are
equally valid.

But for Engineer Ali: Mirza: interpretations are invalid. So it is required to shew the Necessity of Interpretations
in a number of cases. This shall be done latter in a separate article.

Some time an interpretation becomes Necessary for the Text of A:yah or of H:adi:th: .

Now we come to the point that there is a difference between an incorrect view and Blasphemy.

For example a number of extremist consider that one who does not believe that the parents of Holy Prophet were
faithful Blaspheme against the Holy Prophet. But if this view is incorrect even then it is certainly not a Blasphemy.

Similarly some Extremists opine that one who believes that the Real Father of Saiyiduna: Ibra:hi:m was not a
Faithful , then he Blasphemes against Saiyiduna: Ibra:hi:m as well as Holy Prophet.

If it is supposed that to believe that the Father of Saiyiduna: Ibr:ahi:m was not a faithful is incorrect, it is still not
a Blasphemy.

This shews that some time a person makes a Judgement that a particular belief is Blasphemous on his extremist
views.

This is the case fount in the Engineer Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum. He declares Many disputed matters as Blasphemy , in
actual they are not Blasphemous but only disputed matters of opinions. Opinions may differ.

Some time people differ on the meaning of an A:yah or a H:adi:th: . But this is also included inIjtiha:d and not a
Blasphemy.

An other example is that Engineer Ali Mirza: declares Ima:m ibn Taimiah RH : as a Commiter of Kufr on two
issues.

1] He believes that Non Eternals has no beginning.

2] He believes that Non Eternals are associated with Divine Essence [Dh:a:tul Ba:ri].

But none of the two stated above believes are Blasphemy.

These believes are incorrect but not Blasphemous.

He was Zubair Ali Zai who hated declared these two believes of Ima:m Ibn Taimiah RH : AS Kufr.

But due to fear of great Ahlul H:di:th: scholars he did not openly declared so. But he did discuss the problem with
some scholars who were not experts in Theology , Dialectics and Polemics.

It is likely that Engineer Ali: Mirza: did hear it from his former Teacher Zubair Ali: Zai and then he said explicitly
what his former teacher said implicitly

But this is not a Blaspemy. Although this belief is unacceptable if uninterpreted even then to declare it as
Blasphemy is incorrect.

On the contrary it is Engineer Ali Mirza: who believes that Divine Essence Can Exist/Appear in some portions of
created Universe , and he does not consider this a Blasphemy. WHY ? Because he himself believes in it .

But he consider the belief of Divine Exxence existing at every place as a Blasphemy since he does not believes in it.

I would be more rational if he does not declare the latter as Blasphemy but simply incorrect.

Since if Omnipotent and Almighty Divine Essence has Power to appear/Exit at some places in the world He must
have the Power to Appear/Exist AT ALL PLACES in the World .

This article is necessary to be studied by the followers of the Engineer since the mentality and sensibility of the
Engineer is not only exposed but also analysed critically.

Engineer Ali: Mirza: must have known that there are some Ah:di:th: As:S:ah:iyah which require to be interpreted
necessarily and not to be taken in literal meanings necessarily. If the words and Sentences some time require
interpretations and deviation from Literal Meanings the words and sentences of Scholars require interpretations
as well , when they can commit errors and can use sentences which require interpretations.
