QUALITY AND CERTIFICATION
The quatlity control guarantee products of higher value.

Our target is the perfection.

Our competent and seasoned employees work continuous for this target.

The quality-standards are developed in normal production processes and

subjected permanental quality controlls.

The components of our apparatus are accurately proofed an selected.

This guaranteed reliable and durable construktion.

Our check program is prooved and certificated by TV at DIN EN ISO 9002.

This is one of a visual sing for our quality.

Since February 2002 our products are produced according the guideline of
97/23/EG and singed with the CE-sign.

6. Reliable system of closing dampers : This

is achieved by using strong motors with
proximity switches activating the dampers.

7. Service and maintenace : This is easy

because all vital components are located
inside the casing and their service can be
achieved at normal, ambient temperature
after a defrost cycle. Care must be taken
not to risk personal safety. Installation
maintenance and any repairs must be only
be carried out by qualified personnel.

RELIABITY
Heat exchanger is hot dip galvanized to 450C
in our own factory.

If required, approval from a number of organi-

sations can be offered, e.g. Service des Mines,
TV, SA, Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Norske
Veritas etc

SHIPMENT
AND HANDLING
All our insulated coolers are factory assembled
into a complete unit at the plant to ensure
quality performance. For shipment and ease
of site handling they are delivered in one
section.

Road transport is normally made by flat bed

truck.

The unit is equipped with lifting devices. Only

for final positioning is a crane required.
