    Reference may please be made to the enclosed advertisement (Flag A and Flag B) regarding
    the subject NPTEL Courses for the following topics:

    1) NPTEL online course for Aircraft Design (Flag A)


    2) NPTEL online course for Aircraft Stability and Control (Flag B)

    Purpose of the undersigned to undergo above cited courses is to enhance knowledge and
    skills after office hours and is beneficial to the department, since the employee can take
    decisions more cohesively and on basis of his acquired knowledge.
