Responsible to utilize their SAP Authorization and technical expertise to address

incidents, service request and problems escalated from the Functional Analysts and
SAP Authorization Service Desk Analysts on security administration related topic.
Responsible to utilize their SAP Authorization to handle change request assigned by
respective SAP Authorization Manager. As a Lead assignee to oversee the study,
design, build, configure, test and roll-out changes, according to agreed deadlines
with customers.
Participates in Global, Regional and Local Specific application enhancements and
projects as project team member. Ensure project tasks assigned are delivering
according to agreed deliverables, quality and schedule timelines.
Provides internal training and coaching to SAP Functional Analysts and SAP
Authorization Service Desk Analysts and periodically monitor, evaluate performance
and provide feedback. Ensure the Analysts demonstrate the required SAP
Authorization Security Administration standard process and skills.
Provides inputs in SAP Authorization training documentation development and conduct
external training to customer coordinated by training delivery team.
Work with the others units in IS organization and Regional/Global Security Team to
ensure that services meet the terms of the Service Level Agreements.
Collaborates closely with all relevant stakeholders and partners/providers.
Supports internal and external auditors during authorization audits and the
relevant data analysis, cleanup and reporting.
Maintaining overall system and application security administration policies in
accordance with BASFs regional and global standards and strategies.
Administering and configuring SAP (SAP Authorization) printers, in accordance with
BASFs regional and global standards and strategies.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Working Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in SAP Authorization.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
SAP Authorization Management for diverse SAP technologies (ERP. HANA. Etc).
IT Security concepts such as access management, provisioning, password controls and
profile definitions for SAP applications.
SAP batch job management.
SAP printer management.
Keep abreast with ICT advancements and developments and able to understand and
utilize new technology.
ITIL knowledge
Language Skills: English (fluent).
High flexibility to work with a global team
Strong interest to learn new technologies and procedures
