CHA breached her fundamental rights, discriminated against her and
treated her inhumanly
There is overwhelming circumstantial evidence that her appointment was
terminated because she was pregnant
It will serve as an effective deterrent to other multinationals to desist
from treating Nigerians badly
CHA didnt prove that she was not discriminated against
The right to freedom from discrimination is absolute
CHA cannot rely on the common law principles of master/servant
relationship

RECOMMENDATION: Award her general and exemplary damages
