I AM, Rice, Myron-Charles affiant, private man, not an entity, national of the United States of
America, name Holders Right of Due Course for MYRON CHARLES RICE/BEY. By the
powers vested in the name holder, hereby certify that I AM familiar with the facts recited below
and on this Registered Certificate of Title; and that;

1. The Affiant is the Tradename for the Foreign Corporation name MYRON CHARLES BEY
(IRS EIN: 98-118122), tax exempt on Michigans application (TR_11L) and fee (0.00); and that;

2. The party named and information in said Certificate of Title attached, and made part
hereof, is the same party as the named and information in this Register Foreign Affidavits
Certificate of Title:

REGISTERED BOND# G84639535 in the STATE OF MICHIGAN, SECRETARY OF
STATE;

3. The Affiant is using this Registered Affidavit/Certificate of Title as Due Notice of Security
Agreement and to document the status of a superior lien over the security interest, and all
accounts/bonds secured by the attached Certificate of Title and Collateral Trust Certificate
(per Securities Act of 1933, 48 stat 74) and that;

4. The Affiant is the Holder In Due Course of Register Foreign, Birth Certificate Agency
(BC) RC048080039US and Assumed Name Certificate Vessel (ANC) RC048080042US,
respectively, can be produce upon request; and that;

5. The Affiant, private real man, not an entity, has resigned as resident agent (MCL 450.1243)
and given notice as the Executor (MCL 700.7104) for the office MYRON CHARLES RICETM
Estate, (Public Government Register Organization); and that;

6. The Affiants new address is PO BOX 27559, Detroit, Michigan, an entity formed within the
constitutional republic of the united States of America, in an outlying possession of the United
States; and that;

7. The Affiant is the Holder In Due Course securing 100% of the security interest in the
property, Collateral Trust Certificate to which this affidavit relates, and that;

8. The Affiant has the sole power to accept, receive, transfer, disburse, or convey 100% of the
proceeds profits, income, and revenue arising out of the property issued by this Certificate of
Title" as collateral bond; and that,

9. The Affiant holds all investment powers, which includes the power to dispose, or to direct the
disposition of, such portion of the Collateral Trust Certificate; and that,

10. The Affiant authorizes this affidavit to be provided to any withholding agent that has control,
receipt or custody of the profits, proceeds, revenue, or income derived from the property subject
to the attached Collateral Trust Certificate; and that,

11. The Affiant shall also overstand government entities and profitable corporations relates the
Collateral Trust Certificate with an associated Surety Bonds to be Surrender. All points
mention above applied to the Bonds (Standard Forms 30, 1414, 1416 & 1418) as well.

Giving notice being the Holder In Due Course and surrendering my Certificate of Title
(per MCL 257.258(1)(h) & MCL 440.9303). I demand the liquidation of funds create by the
fidelity bonds deposit in the open market, returned to the principal or debit card issued on the
funds, within 20 days of returned receipt of this mailing.

Caveat:
If this request is ignored the Foreign Trust shall contact the Secret Service for violations of
Counterfeit Securities, Identity Thief and Civil Liabilities violation on those securities.

I AM hereby declare that the above information is complete, correct, and true to the best of my
knowledge and law.
